lol no doubt was there so you could give it a little higher...

thats a swoit ferrari man. I recognize the plates from classic adelaide I think, im fairly sure it has been entered before.

white 32 on main north road, did a u-turn n went past scottys hotel - if it was anyone on here, i was the one waving at u from the side of the road by fisher perfomance.

Also silver 34 on tapleys rd, near jetty road - had some sorta red lipped rims? Waved but didnt get a response..

Also, anyone know who owns a white 34 with some sorta kit, always parks out the front of airport hotel?

on that note, as if nobody spotted my car today lol - 'posing' out the front of Toms carwash/Crash repairs on marion road/sir don rd, was there all day!

Followed a black 34 GTR with the plates "34 GTR" or "GTR 34" turned off Portrush and headed down Greenhills! Looked the goods from the rear :laughing-smiley-014: But what 34 GTR doesnt :D

yeah i quiet often see that when i drop my daughter off

Spotted the same car (34 GTR) just then at Sunnybrook Village in Wynn Vale just round the corner from my place, the dude is a dentist, nice car though! Sounds tough as

Spotted who I thought to be Andrew at about 5:00PMish on North East Rd just past the Plaza, was gonna wave but being in the girlfriends car I doubt you would have noticed. The reason I spotted ya was cos of your headlights, nice and shiny :(

been spotting a nice Mid Night Purple 33 GTR with Gold (VOLKS?????) rims around St Marys a fair bit lately, looks great and sounds awesome

spotted Hostile this morning at flagstaff Hill / South Rd intersection, missed the lights otherwise i would have been along side ya

yeah he drove it like he stole it e from the moment he first sat in it - even on the test drive (much to my disgust). I spotted it parked in Ingle Farm a few weeks back. I had been told it was written off but seems that was a rumour. I take it when you saw it Joel it didn't have my PCOTY plates on it anymore - he never came to get the transfer agreement from me.

    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
    • This IS something you also have to configure in Haltech (or at least I did in the past when going from onboard-to-ECU map sensor and an external MAP sensor in haltech land).
    • I'm hoping it's something as simple as the ECU is looking for an external MAP sensor, but he is trying to use the onboard MAP sensor.
    • You won't need to do that if your happy to learn to tune it yourself. You 100% do not need to do that. It is not part of the learning process. It's not like driving on track and 'finding the limit by stepping over the limit'. You should not ever accidently blow up an engine and you should have setup the ECU's engine protection to save you from yourself while you are learning anyway. Plenty of us have tuned their own cars, myself included. We still come here for advice/guidance/new ideas etc.  What have you been doing so far to learn how to tune?
    • Put the ECU's MAP line in your mouth. Blow as hard as you can. You should be able to see about 10 kPa, maybe 15 kPa positive pressure. Suck on it. You should be able to generate a decent vacuum to about the same level also. Note that this is only ~2 psi either way. If the MAP is reading -5 psi all the time, ignition on, engine running or not, driving around or not, then it is severely f**ked. Also, you SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING IT WITHOUT A LOAD REFERENCE. You will break the engine. Badly.
