I have been reading through reams and reams of threads giving conflicting views. Can anybody give me a definitive answer?

Will R33GTST Callipers and Rotors Fit a RWD S2 Stagea? (front and rear)

Yes, BUT you will need to sleeve the mounting bolts on the front calipers from 14mm to 12mm.

r33 onto s2c34 - sleeve (12mm id, 14mm od)

r34 onto s2c34 - bolt on

you might want to pull one of the caliper bolts off first tho and measure the shank of it, it seems like the rwd's have a slightly different mix of parts than the awd's

so you might just have 12mm bolts like an r33/s14 (pretty sure i read somewhere that rwd's have s14 front suspension)

Yes, check the bolt diameters. We recently fitted S1 RS4 fronts to an S1 RWD but non turboed. We had to drill out the fronts to take the 14mm bolts. While to fit the GTST fronts we had to sleeve the caliper to take the 12mm.

this is well established, there are a lot of awd's about

what the OP is wanting to know is the brake options for his (what i assume is) RS (rwd turbo) which were a series 2 (usually 14mm bolts eg r34) but because is doesn't use gtr running gear there is no way to 100% know without pulling a bolt out

Just to update this thread.

S2 RS RWD Stagea will accept R33 GTST callipers and disks. They bolted straight up.

The car uses S14/S15 running gear.

Don't know about the shock length - but lower arms (F/R) hubs and carriers (F/R) connecting arms are all interchangeable with S14/S15. The diff looks different and i'm not sure about the connecting points on the subframe.
