Hey matey,

Plenty of good info on this site. What I suggest is using the search function, or flicking few a couple of pages. There have been quite a few new owners with the same question lately, and the info is in those threads.

Plenty of good examples within the country, and there are some dogs too. Don't know if I'd take the risk importing when there are lots already around.

Hope you enjoy your stay.

I'm really sorry man. I'm as informed on that as you are, as I'm the new owner and I didn't fit the kits myself. From what I can see they say Infiniti on them. They seem a lot bigger than any standard 350Z kits I've ever seen. I think the discs are 14 inch up front or something. The wheels are 19's and do seem to be a shape that bulges outwards? A total noob answer I know. I live in North Sydney if you are at all local and we could arrange for you to see them if you like?

Really nice looking car! As I've just purchased my first Stagea (2002 AR-X), I'm looking for ideas how to enhance the looks of it. First M35 Stagea here in Finland so not much to compare with :)

Spec Dock seems to be great way to connect iPhone to original stereo. There's 3 models available but I'm not sure which would be the best. I believe Infiniti G35 is the car model of choice but after that it gets confuses as there are some mixed information. Which of the three you used? I don't need video from iPhone but would like to control everything from steering wheels controls.

Also, what spec are your wheels? I have spare set of XXR 527's in 18 x 8.75 ET35 waiting and I'd guess they should be quite spot on.

Its off a g35 infinity. Bolts straight up. Check ebay finds as I posted heaps of v35 sets

Pretty sure they're G37/V36/Z34 Akebonos and you'd need an adaptor to make them fit on the M35's....

The 350z/G35 Brembos fits without an adaptor...well you need to cut off the rear dust shield...

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
