R33 Gtr N1 wing blade

All parts Australian made.

All parts Carbon fibre, dry laid, vacuum formed and resin infused with a clear gel coat finish.

This gives them a very good weight to strength ratio.

Weight: approx 1.7kg

OEM weight: 2.6kg

If you don't want china stuff look no further as this gear is a quality product and fits first go!

Confirmed and Paid:

2- Goombeh

Mate,

I'll be in for one of these if we can be sure of the quality. I had a replica which came on my car and just finished a day at the island, and at 200 clicks, the thing folded under the downforce and acted like a sail once up to those speeds. So I want to make sure this one is strong....

This is mine from what I got the car. Should look the same and its fully adjustable.

The black helps break the colour up a bit which I think makes the car looks better.

As above if the quality and fit is good put me down for one.

Is it possible to get any larger photos of the wing or fitted pics?

Weight saving?

i have not picked mine up yet but being a proper vacuum formed carbon they are much lighter than stock (i was hoping to get five orders so we get the cheaper price before i do as well)

The owner of the australian company that produces these owns an r33 gtr and the fitment is spot on

Pete,

Are these the same/similar as the Just Jap ones?

same style as in a copy of an n1 wing blade.

re-read post two and what happens with the china wings when pushed, as mentioned these are made in Australia and are a top quality item

I will send out pm's to all that are interested and see if we can get the group buy cracking( hopefully at the cheaper price)

yea i think they look hawt on a white r33 gtr

thus the reson i am getting one and the group buy to get it cheaper

Righto, something I should have addressed in the first post:

To confirm people's commitment to the group buy I will be asking for the full payment of $450 up front.

If we get the minimum number of people for the cheaper price then the extra $50 you've paid will go towards the cost of shipping.

I'll have the weight of these confirmed shortly and then I can be sure of the shipping cost. If shipping works out cheaper than 50 I'll refund the difference or if it's more I'll PM you all to send the additional amount (not expecting it to be more but you never know).

Pete

So my wing will be ready in two weeks

Old mate sent me some picks of the wing on a customers car, I've added them to the first post

As you can see the fitment is damn good, Gtr wing on a gts (sweet car whoever owns it)

Righto, weight has now been calculated as approx 1.7kg versus the OEM weight of 2.6kg.

Time to get on it people, I plan to have this group buy closed in 1-2 weeks (preferably closer to 1 week) so we can get an order placed.

PM me if you're in and cash me up.

    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow

    • Welcome to SAU, what are you looking at buying?
    • I checked the injectors again (1 and 2, since they’re easiest to access) to make sure they weren’t clogged. Even though the entire fuel system had been cleaned, I wanted to be certain. Everything looked clean, so I reinstalled and connected everything. When I started the car to confirm everything was okay, it immediately revved up high, so I shut it off straight away. I checked to see if I’d missed a vacuum hose or something, but everything was connected. On the second attempt, the car ran without the high idle, but I noticed a distinct “compressed air” sound coming from the engine bay. Tracing the sound, I pushed injector #6 forward slightly and the noise stopped — it turned out it wasn’t seated properly, despite the fuel rail being bolted down. While holding it in place, the car idled steadily without stalling and ran for over 5 minutes. At this point, I pulled all six injectors out just in case I hadn’t seated them correctly or dirt had gotten onto the O-rings. Unfortunately, I discovered that I had damaged 3 out of 6 injectors (the OEM 270cc ones) during installation. So yes, this was my fault. Since only the pintle caps were damaged, I’ve ordered a Fuel Injector Service Kit from NZEFI to refurbish them. In the meantime, I reinstalled my new injectors – the car now idles fine for over 15 minutes without stalling. I have not attempted to drive it so far. It’s not perfect yet, as it hesitates when the throttle is pressed, but it’s a big improvement. Unplugging the IACV with the new injectors idles at around 800rpm, even with the IACV screw tightened fully. But this is probably due to tune.
