Know that this is not the classifieds but am after recommendations and sources. A single element straight wing, not one of those bendy ones, up to say 1.7m long. That or a double element type. Must be a genuine motorsport brand. What are peoples experiences and what is good and not so good?

Bugger all around in a universal type for us individuals who don't run a 'like everyone else' type car eg effin EVO gay boys have a choice of about ten. Anyway, in the true Aussie DIY spirit I'm working on a solution that should work, a twin element job with help from an aero book.

If you find a fibreglass person in Sydney im happy to work out a price to borrow my moulds. Can make single or twin element wings to just over 2m wide. This is my home job single element with a gurny flap, made all the mounts my self, the uprights where dummied up by plywood then took them to a alloy shop and they cut them out for for $32 each, same with the end plates made from cardboard then got them made in 3mm alloy cost $18 each.

The moulds are from the Qscan R35 GTR rear wing for time attack I do have all the aero data sheets on them to set up the twin element format.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
