I am fitting a MAC boost solenoid to my car and was told i can use the standard solenoid wiring, is that true?

If so, what colour wire goes to what on the MAC valve from the original loom?

What setting do i turn on in the Link software to check its working etc??

As it's a coil it shouldn't matter when it comes to polarity. The stock wiring should be fine.

You can enter a temporary pwm value in the map around atmospheric pressure to test it I think, without the engine running. You only need to get it buzzing.

So it doesnt matter which wire goes where?

Yep and you can set the output as a TEST (PWM) to test it. I think I tested mine and it clicks ona nd off rapidly. Think I did it at about 20hz

Where can i do that on the software? What section it under? Auxilary Output??
