Getting this error msg now when selecting more reply options to upload pics

"Sorry, you don't have permission for that!"

Was successful once and then the above msg on next few attempts

I'm not being logged in automatically. When I do log in, I get:

I'm still sorting out the redirects, the problem is probably because you're going to skylinesaustralia.com and not sau.com.au.

Sorry, must have missed the news about the change of domain name.

Made the change in my bookmarks, and it seems to work as before.

Tks

Still getting a lot of 502 and some 504 errors accessing SAU

Really??? When was the last one?

What URL were you visiting?

http://www.sau.com.au/forums/forum/51-nsw-members-area/

Threads within here and even http://www.sau.com.au

The last one I had was just minutes before I posted that. I couldn't get onto SAU for around half an hour this morning.

Can you please take screen shots next time and upload them to the Downtime Registry thread? I haven't had any problems for days and I cant find anything in the logs. Might be a caching problem

Sure thing! I think the 502s were the same as the one i posted earlier but I'll start capturing it a lot better for you. Will note down times etc too.

I'm not working at the moment, life is boring when SAU goes down! LOL.

Prank - may be a co-incidence but on the last two times i've uploaded a pic, i get the cloudflare 502 immediately after on any sau.com.au URLs. It occured just now with a ~250k file. I can supply ntp squid logs if that helps.

Yeah I've kinda had it and will be creating a new image to base new instances on this weekend. Its driving me nuts!

Does the image upload work? Even if it throws an error?

The image upload works but the next page after that dies. The third image i uploaded (second for today) seemed to be ok though...

    • I'm actually not sure - I think it was "Stealth Performance" (It really is near impossible to find a FEMALE 1/8BSPT to 1/8NPT male at ALL) but having the thing leveraged on a 90 degree angle on a small aluminium fitting is not too smart. Also in not too smart, I've drilled out the center of the broken fitting so there's maybe 0.00001mm of thread to bite into, so yeah. I may have to get it drilled/tapped/plugged entirely. Given I could conceivably tap a thread/adapter/pressure line in any point in the oil system I suppose it's feasible to run a line to the Nissan Sensor to keep the dash working. Do these exist in AN fittings and the like? Like an AN fitting that has a NPT (or other?) thread as well for putting a sensor in?
    • I would agree.  There will be an amount of boost you could run safely with an otherwise factory system, but it would be low enough to not be worth the cost.  And if you are reliving your 20s, you know a 'little bit' was never enough. Personally, if I didn't want to spend the money, then stick with NA bolt-ons, and maybe a tune.
    • Fuark, at least the motor survived. What brand was the fitting that snapped?
    • Wrong question. There's no point in spending the rather large sum of cash and effort to add turbo, without taking it to the "sensible" limit of the motor itself. If you have to upgrade injectors, etc, then so be it. That is a tiny fraction of what it will cost you to turbo it.
