They do work, I was just forward planning for turbo swap.

I understand you "can" go beyond 300kw with standard AFMs, but life is easier with the Nismo units.

I didn't think stock AFMs were worth much? Aren't the Nismo one's 4-500 a piece?

Those R35 MAFs are cheap. Never seen those before. So you mount 2 of those to generic pipes and bolt to the airbox, get some plugs and rewire the loom to suit the plug then tune?

How would they go in 65mm pipe though, same as the Nismo ones. As I've got an ARC induction box and will likely stick with that or go a stock airbox.

$350 each from Perfect Run before postage and stuff. Easier to bolt on the Nismo's as they directly replace OEM, plugs and everything are the same if you want to keep AFM's. An alternative is to get an ECU that uses a MAP sensor and just keep the AFM's on there inside an airbox so it looks factory.

Still more than just having the standard ones re-done. Postage is free for me (when sending).

I also already have the PFC.

Using the R35 AFMs in any size pipe is trivial with Nistune. You just create a suitable VQ curve. You are supposed to be able to arbitrarily make an AFM curve in the PFC too, so it shouldn't be a hassle. There was an extensive discussion on this exact topic on here a year or 3 ago. Search it up.
