September 28 will see round 2 of the SAU Vic 2016 Go Kart Series.

The round will consist of
Qualifying session - 8min
Race Session - 25 laps

Kart Info -
European built Sodi kart, 9 horsepower, 4 stroke, 270CC, powered by a Honda engine, up to 80km/h

Track Info -
Over 600m of 6metre wide track, fast straight, tight turns, technical corners, plenty of overtaking opportunities!

Entry Info -
Entry fee is $70.00 which includes the 2 race sessions (+ license fee of $10 for first timers at the track to be paid on the night).
Sign in at 7pm. SAU Vic will be providing pizzas after the race.
Drinks and snacks available from the venue.

What an awesome 2nd round race of the SAU Vic 2016 Kart series! At one time 14 on track at once! Was some fierce racing over the 20 laps and some sore arms afterwards :P Thanks to all that came tonight to take part or watch and hope to see you all for the last round of the year to be held on the 9th of November

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
