Fox R34
Hi lads and Lasses, What have you all done in the past to fix the gap on the shifter when using an after market gear knob such as my nismo here. Gap between the knob and the leather boot looks tacky, any easy ideas to make the knob meet the boot flush? Cheers! Ben C34
Chop off a bit of garden hose? I'd be more worried about the gear surround being painted. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/471327-gear-leaver-space-reduction/#findComment-7841039 Share on other sites

Steve85
I once filled that space with some heat shrink I had lying around. It did the job and made a horrible looking item look semi-neat.
