spotted today, 11.30 am: White stock as a rock S1 at Burleigh, drove up the bluff and back. plate was 627 K?? would have given a wave, but I was on foot, crossing the road in the rain.

HAHA YAY First time Stagea spotter - spotted a grey (i think - may have been white) stagea at Norwest today, about 11:40 goin through the roundabout near the shell servo..i was 2 cars behind you in the black s13..probably didn't see it

Today the third Stagea on Mt Tamborine. It's a green S1. Girl owner works in local Real estate. Check it out tomorrow.

3/5000, we must surely be the Stagea capital of OZ?

Come for a cruise up the Coast on a Thursday night, Ian, and I will post a spotting! There's quite a few people from in/around Chatswood that come up regularly.

That goes for you guys too, Julius, Andy and Jetwreck!

I'll have a shot for Thursday....just got to get permission from the Parole Officer(Wife!). Meeting point and time?

P.S. I'm in Chatswood every other day and never see anybody!!. The only Stag I keep spotting is a Blue one in Pyrmont.

Is that the Deep Blue one with the huge whale fin on the back....

Thursday night cruise sounds good but we have a shop in DY and my wife works so I have the kids.....mmm could always take them for aspoin.

When you mean up the coast do you mean Palm Beach or Central Coast....

Sound like the one.

With the kid's...just tie them to a post a leave them with some food, water and toy's...lol.

I think Central Coast...about thirty second away from Palm Beach as the Crow flies..Over an hour drive though.

Terminal's come along a few times, as he's been working in Sydney. StageIan has come along once or twice, and I'm still trying to convince Brycey, Joe26F and beastien to come down. X-Metal says he should be along when he gets his car on the road, hopefully next week.

      I don't know it is due to that. It could just be due to load on track being more than a dyno. But it would be nice to rule it out. We're talking a fraction of a second of pulling ~1 degree of timing. So it's not a lot, but I'd rather it be 0... Thicker oil isn't really a "bandaid" if it's oil that is going to run at 125C, is it? It will be thicker at 100 and thus at 125, where the 40 weight may not be as thick as one may like for that use. I already have a big pump that has been ported. They (They in this instance being the guy that built my heads) port them so they flow more at lower RPM but have a bypass spring that I believe is ~70psi. I have seen 70psi of oil pressure up top in the past, before I knew I had this leak. I have a 25 row oil cooler that takes up all the space in the driver side guard. It is interesting that GM themselves recommend 0-30 oil for their Vette applications. Unless you take it to the track where the official word is to put 20-50w oil in there, then take that back out after your track day is done and return to 0-30.

      I take it that the knock retard is from bearings tapping a little tune? Thicker oil is a fragile bandaid. You need a much bigger oil cooler and probably the bigger pump being discussed.

      Hi @Chupapy i had several leaks from coolant pipes being corroded, i also had one leak on back of the head onto transmission. For me that leak was from the turbo water line. Follow the line to the back of the head The hose and metal pipe had perished these are the best pics I took of it at the time
