I came across this website yesterday, surprised to see that Stagea's are so well supported. I've been using a 1997 RS Four as a site car in Micronesia for the last couple if years and given it quite a lot of stick, need to keep it going for another year to see this project through. Suppose you could add this to the spotted list

There were 12 , including the uber cool bastard that just drove past and did not stop - like your style - sunday 24th oct 2010 , since being ousted from the GTROC UK ! the stagers owners club have been positive in there coming together and surviving quite nicely . more shots here http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/al...p;id=1311100133

Second time I have seen him.. I have to ask though it's looks way lower then mine and I struggle so much with bottoming out on speeds bumps, carparks etc. Does yours scrape alot??

Its not too bad. A bit of angle gets me over most things untouched. I originally had it about 2cm lower than it currently is and it was a nightmare, but seems perfect now.

I'm disappointed that I DIDN'T see a Stagea up for the challenge against the Merc AMG SLS, the Porsche 997 911 turbo and Audi R8 v10 - I think it would have kicked some butt!!!!! :P:D

I tried a few times.. but was disappointed..

^^ might come next week!! When and where??

Spotted spoolin this morning on my way to work in frenchs forest

Every Thursday night (I'm there almost every week, but sometimes I head up early so I don't stop at Berowra because there''d be no-one there).

    • So either way it is gearbox out and look what is wrong?  I know about the input shaft bearing. Even before swap/new clutch the it sounded exactly like this: So is that inout shaft bearing or the other was installed backwards?  And can some please tell me the part number for that input shaft bearing? The gearbox is small box from R34 N/A and number is FS5W71C. Thank you
    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
