Manuel Kasko
So who's been to Costco? I broke my Costco virginity yesterday. Did you love it?? I shop for me meat there because of how ridiculously cheap it can be. Also currently have like 700 cans of tuna in the back of my car Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210198 Share on other sites
Trozzle
700 cans of tuna? You're a God. Lol I went there for lunch today. 1.8Kg of chicken breast, thanks. Should last a while (few days lololol) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210236 Share on other sites
Shell
Bahaha! I love tuna! 700 cans might be a bit overkill though I'm trying to decide whether to join or not! Shell
I wanted the massive container of Jelly Bellys!! So epic!! In reality there's not a lot of stuff I would buy regularly, not to make it worthwhile paying the $60 anyway. Maybe I just need to be a scab and go once every 6 months or so with a member, and never become a member myself Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210694 Share on other sites
Manuel Kasko
That's what I do. Pasta sauce is one thing worthy of a bulk purchase. Cheese etc Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210707 Share on other sites
Shell
The blocks of cheese were too massive, I wouldn't use it before it went mouldy Would get the laundry liquid (they have the brand I use), bulk packs of Up N Go, maybe the olives. I can't even think of what else? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210880 Share on other sites
Trozzle
Bulking up or at least trying to haha Cheaper then getting on the juice Chicken. Brown rice. Milk. Lots. Or is your metabolism ossim enough to disregard what you eat? lol. Matty whom you saw at my place today used to be really quite skinny (like Shane, the other dude who you might've noticed go through the garage). His method seemed to be eat stupid amounts of good food lol. All the time. I wanted the massive container of Jelly Bellys!! So epic!! In reality there's not a lot of stuff I would buy regularly, not to make it worthwhile paying the $60 anyway. Maybe I just need to be a scab and go once every 6 months or so with a member, and never become a member myself Yeah this is true. Although I do like to get the ~2kg trays of steaks and blast through them in a couple of days by myself hahahahaha Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210926 Share on other sites
Shell
Do you remember how much the chicken breasts you got today were per kilo? That would be one thing I could buy and freeze, but you can often get them well under $10 a kilo at Lenards, Woolies etc Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/54460-the-wasteland-act-style/page/216/#findComment-6210934 Share on other sites
Trozzle
$10.50/kg so not that cheap. From what I recall (they're downstairs, cbf checking) they're "brand name" chicken breast fillets lol...not that it really makes a diff.
