3)they dont say , they only say the 40a/h

4)I cant offer you a warranty as it is a wholesale price

i bought some oddesey terminals that come with allen key bolts than screw into these batteries,

i got mine from battery world near tempe on the princess hwy in sydney, there is many battery worlds around the state im pretty sure they all sell them.

for the pair it cost $18, they are large tapered terminals u can see pics that someone else has posted of them (transplanted from their old odessey to their new battery)

Im keen for a set of these terminals but the closest battery world is probably 3 hours away.

Could anyone pick me up a set and send them to me? I'll transfer the $$$ first.

:P

Received battery yesterday, thanks

Will try to put them on tomorrow

Do you need to charge this before first use?

or just plug and play?

Good to hear , it got there quick , just put it in , it should be fully charged .

I cant find a set of terminals either, checked battery world, coventry, repco, supercheap... none of them have it for sale seperately. Right now its installed in a rather dody maner (Nut, Bolt, Washers) if you get what I mean. Any ideas where I could get some?

they should have them, ask for optima battery terminals. I know battery world at tempe has them.

Yea they have the terminals for odyssey and optima, but they dont want to sell seperately... it comes as a package with the battery.

on another note, these diamec are awesome, cold starts even with a wolf is so easy now ahha

Sure? Ask them again.. Is this battery world at tempe? Coz I know they do it. Unless they have changed it since so many people go there to get them.

If you cant buy what you want , there is a couple alternatives .

Go to jaycar and buy eyelet terminals or cut your old battery's lead posts drill a 6-7 mm hole in the centre and screw them on the new battery and you have new posts . If you have the stock 33 gts the negative terminal has an eyelet so you can just screw that one on and you only have to worry about the + .

I hope that helps you in someway .

i got mine from battery world tempe as well. they had them in a cardboard box, no packaging, so maybe they only had a few sets spare. just call them.

oh and dont buy stuff like clamps from them they are a rip off, i got my wider clamp for $4 from repco.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
