Sau Go-kart Day Sat 25/01/2003

Hey everyone,

How many people would wanna come if i organise a Eastern Creek Go-Kart day?

I havent called them up tho, but the more people we get the better the chance we can book out a session.

I dont know much about price now, but it will be cheaper on a weekday then a weekend.

Any suggestion on day or night or even if any1 wants to help me out.

Minto does not compair 2 Eastern Creeks.

Weekdays are alot cheaper then weekends, all depends on YOU GUYS....

Yes you can. But if the go-kart wins and the Skyline owner isn't happy, he can run the go kart over.

Depending on which kart you guys want... 9 hp are cheaper to 13hp... and I think $45 is for the 13hp.

I've been there a few time... even had a mini grand prix... which cost about $190. It was maaad fun though, getting your lap time as well.

i'll only go if its at newcastle. no other track compares (except for coffs harbour), which could be an SAU weekend...???

The Coff's Harbour one is FULLY SICK.... u can only appreciate the go karts when ur throttle gets stuck, and you are flying across the hills and farm land like a runaway lawn mower!!!

Minto is nice and little n cheap, but the track very small and karts are a bit slow

I've been to Eastern Creek track before, and it's excellent. Much better than the dodgy little indoors ones scattered around Sydney.

And go for the 13hp karts, they're the only ones I've used and they had a nice power level... Anything less would have been boring.

Coffs Harbour? I don't quite think it's feasible to drive 7 hours to go go-karting, but okay

Newcastle is do-able though... I have not been to that go-kart track before... Do they have a website Franky?

the faster the reply the sooner we get 2 have a nice run.

I dont want 2 plan on date or anything yet only because the amount of people that are willing to come.

It might be abit steep but god it would be fun.

i've attached a pic of when i was there last time on the 'S' section after the straight. this is damn fun and only 1 section of a very fun circuit. it takes me about 1:01 to get around newcastle, since i've lost abit of weight, i think i'll be into the high 50's now
