awill
I Currently have a wolf3d in my s14 and its a bit of a dog to start and xspeed reccomended this ecu to me, that gtr cranked over strait away when cold this morning. Why wouldn't you put it on a daily driver? Supposedly it will be able to be tuned much better than the wolf according to them. But for the cost im not sure at the moment. Anyone got any experiance with the product?? awill
I was just saying that the PFC started heaps better than my wolf3d. Xspeed were telling me they would get a much better result tuning the pfc on my car than the wolf. I also wanted to know why people think the d-jetro is only good for WOT on a drag car?? What are there reasons behind this logic? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/79753-apexi-d-jetro-experiences/page/2/#findComment-1462381 Share on other sites

BOOSTD
the d jetro that an extra plug on the side, for the map sensor wiring kit. No extra plug, it runs from the boost kit plug and taps the original wiring harness, goto this page: http://original-parts.apexera.co.jp/pro_ap...nics/linup.html then click on "7507-0430-00(2.1m) for a .PDF of the D-Jetro instructions =0) so yeah still not sure which one I tried, Fatz should be able to clear that up.... Fitzpatrick Speed Works
Dave I think you need to write out a list of questions and give me a call, ahaha??? D-Jetro wont work with AFM's It will work with 6 throttles but its tuff to set up right, as you are switching from tps to boost map in a much harder way to calculate accurately as compared to a sinlge throttle...It will TPS but its better to run the all the programming as done by the tuner in pressure off the MAF, it just saves time and get you the result you are after when using the d jetro which is outright HP, thats why as people have said it is a WOT and drag friendly computer... B0BB0
No extra plug, it runs from the boost kit plug and taps the original wiring harness, i think u will find there is an extra plug, that is where the map sensor harness plugs into the ecu, and 2 signal wires have to be wired into the afm signal wires in the harness. exXU1
Daniel , i know that D Jetro w w w air flow meters? Who said it will? I understand what needs AFM and what does not. I am also not running multiple throttle bodies! In fact the whole car is far from standard. What i am asking is for peoplewith experience to express their oppinion and ideas in regard to the D Jetro as an ECU. What list of questions are you talking about please?
