Just spent a week in Melb for training and while there I made use off one of your great assets there, Unique Coating Solutions, in Elata rd off Tullermarine Park Dr.

Had my centre console, dash suround and window switch panels in my R34 coated in a carbon fibre look paint, came up an absoulte treat!

He does some aweson effects out there and for a good price!

I can thouroughly reccomend him!

dude, thanks for the pics, that shit is awesome!

now, can you tell me if thats just like a contact kind of deal, and stuck onto the plastic? or is it painted or what?

if he did ALL THAT stuff for $300, thats insane! the guy we were talkin to for the group buy was at like $350, + $50 to prep the plastic and that was with like 5-10 of us all buying at the same time!

did your guy do air con vents on the passenger side for $300 as well?

and i just realised he did your actual climate control unit as well!

It's not contact, it's like an ink sheet transfer, then sprayed with a two pak clear and baked in an oven.

Didn't do the vent's, I disassembled all the parts (removed switches, vents cig lighter & pulled air con panel apart) before I gave them to him.

I got a quote off a bloke in Sydney to get the carbon look done and he wanted nearly a $1000.00!!

I live in Tassie, so taken them over myself saved me a bit in frieght too.

since i work like 5 mins from this place it could come in handy for me...Can he paint the dash aswell, coz hte carbon fibre looks real nice, but i wanna get mine done in purple . Do you know if he does that aswell, if not ill go down tehre when i get my car back at the end of the week

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
