Been driving my skyline for about 24 hours now (finally on the road) 32 gtst. Constantly driving off boost because I can't stand my t04e.. Already had a couple of holdens & Subaru's have a go.. But 1. I don't want to race lol and 2. They'll probably beat me anyway haha

Okay, so finally the 32 is finished and drivable (just ) I need to find a bloody hose for my BOV the one I bought has kinked in 3 different places and when I slowly reach boost it starts like bunny hopping, I think the air from the BOV cannot get through those kinks.. Going to bursons auto with the car to see if they have anything there that might fit.. Already been pulled over twice for warnings.. Even though I wasn't speeding or anything wrong. Really hate how police hassle these cars because of the idiots drifting everywhere haha

Yes, called Bursons.. 15mm I'm not worried about. They have that there. But I can drive my car with out a catch can. Sorry, I've changed the subject a little.. I need one for my BOV around 27mm inside diameter.. That won't f**king kink when I bend it 180 degree OR find one with a 180 bend already.. Already checked radiator hoses at a heap of shops all too big & too small, nothing that actually fits alright.. It's probably really common, I'm just speaking to the wrong places?

I have called so many places its not even funny.. This sucks haha I want to drive my caaaaaar!! Got my opens 2 weeks ago lol I should of planned a bit ahead... But wouldn't think it would be this hard to find a god damn hose! Haha

Cheers for that man, don't suppose you know any places that will have those 1 inch hoses in stock..?

Okay guys, I bought this catch can yesterday. I have rung around f**king everywhere. Autobarn, bursons, supercheap, buntings, Clark rubber and heaps of others.. NO ONE can find me a 15mm black hose for the catch can.. Let alone the 27mm hose I need to plumb my blow off valve back.. They can't even give me any references.. I really want to drive my car back home tonight!

Damn, you take a very impressive photo of a turbo haha.. Really considering getting a new turbo soon, as I am already sick of the t04e.. And think the seals are starting to leak a little. Also not very good on the street, I know you said an sspu1.5 but that was a while back and maybe things have changed a little with the way there improved. For an rb20det. I'm at 171kw and don't see and boost until about 4,400-4,600rmp. Anything over 200kw and a little more responsive and I'll be stoked Yellow jackets, Z32 afm & yellow jackets are also ready to go in when I have enough for a hypergear turbo + tune

Okay, I found 1 baffled oil catch can by mushimoto.. $350.. So stuff that Going through a lot of forums and seems that stainless steel wool is the way to go?

I would attempt my own.. But 1. I do not exactly know what a baffle is 2. Let alone how to dodgy one up

Sorry just another question.. I'm going for the D1 spec catch can but not sure if I should go 9mm fittings or the 15mm fittings? Going in an rb20det - 171kw

So that last pic, one of the hoses coming OFF the catch-can is plumbed into intake? Yeah?

I'm about to do my exhaust manifold gasket and studs (new OEM parts) Just wondering if I'm forgetting anything.. I have a t04e high mount and should I redo the gaskets on that as well? Rb20det.. And yes, I know. Shit turbo.. Still don't want to re-use gaskets if I shouldn't..

I actually got them cheaper than 2.95, $2 ea. ...lol

Yes, I know where to get them. But I'm after the size? Global auto spares, cheapa auto spares & autobarn want me to get the sizes for them? So they can take the studs out of the "kit" they usually send to workshop, so they pick out what is needed..

Guys as title says I'm after the size of an OEM exhaust manifold stud for an rb20det.. Called up Nissan and a couple of part shops and can't seem to help me.. Also found a bit on the forums about them but no size specs.. Cheers guys.

Sorry to dig yet another thread from its grave, but I got my opens recently and have been getting stuck into my r32 gtst so I can drive it already.. Taking off cooler piping to fit new adaptor plate/pipe for new recirc. BOV. Noticed there was quite a bit of oil in the cooler pipes.. So catch can time! Just wondering.. Not sure if these are illegal all together (QLD) or are LEGAL if they are plumed back into the air intake.. Question is can I use this exact setup but instead of the air filter ontop, maybe a pipe going back to the intake?
