  5. Surely a multi-piece rim is going to have a LOT more engineering and design considerations than a s1-piece, and thus cost a lot more. Pretty cool that they can do that though.
  6. I know a guy who bought a 33 at auction. It was in pretty rough shape, no service history, high kilometers etc. He got it registered and went straight to doing 7k pulls, clutch kicks and general abuse all the time - with no oil change or servicing at all. Oh and of course boost wound way up with no tune etc. When my mate first saw the car he pulled out the dipstick and was shocked to see less than 2mm of tar-like burnt oil showing (after being wiped clean). 2 months go by of absolute torture and the engine finally starts blowing oil out the dipstick (blow-by). Still the car ran longer than that, with probably less than 2 liters of old, burnt oil in it. It finally succumbed a few weeks later. A testament to the RB series' durability. BUT PLEASE SERVICE IT FREQUENTLY ANYWAY
  7. Mid 12's but torquey as hell, just wouldn't keep traction. To me it felt quicker than the R35 I went in (as a passenger that time). And anyone with a quicker car is welcome to take me for a drive

  10. Good point, I didn't think they'd have to really blend considering it's a different panel. I guess I'd just take the whole car in, I just don't trust some of the shops around here a)working on my car b)having access to the keys/alarm/etc for "later use"

  12. What would be the rough cost of re-spraying my front bar if I remove it and disassemble my self? In northern suburbs - any suggestions?
  13. I think your passenger foot well looks like a garbage tip CF looks good, not my taste, but seems like a nice finish.
  14. How economical is it to get parts zinc coated? Would it be worth taking a whole bunch in, or can you just do small individual batches? Those gram lights are gonna look so ill wrapped around those rotors
  15. They're actually Rays Volk GT-A. Very rare wheel and not mine either, they're my mates. Looking at getting some Advan RG-II or Work CE28.

  17. Guys, looking at fitting 18x9 +30 Advan RG-II to my R33 GTS-T. Will be running on a King Low/Bilstein combo. Will these fit without guard work? Really not wanting to touch the body/fender liners.

  19. Check under guard liners? Or try removing guard liners and driving the car?
