  1. RE003 is a street tyre. AD08R is a crossover track day tyre.
  2. R32 GT-R is curved slightly to go with the boot. It's also colour coded. The R33/R34 I assume are the plain ones, I got a cheap plastic one off ebay for a couple of bucks (still somewhere in the garage). They're aren't curved so won't sit on the R32 boot properly (assuming the cheap one I have is like the genuine thing).
  3. Wine Red?
  4. You got essentially 'GT-R' sized wheels, of course they'll sit like that. You can either sell them and get wheels that'll fit in the guards (highly unlikely), or, you can get adjustable upper arms, get a thin tyre, like 225 or 215 or something stretched onto wheels that'll normally take 265 wide tyres, roll/pump the guards, wind the arms so you get negative camber and make them fit. Fuuuulleeeey seeeek.
  5. As per rules, "posting for a mate" not allowed. http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/76463-rules-for-users-of-the-sau-classifieds-please-read-before-use/ Best way is to put up as much information as possible and answer questions (so you'd don't get done). If I moderated this forum I'd hand out warnings .
  6. Maybe he emptied the can into the intake and tried to start the car?
  7. QFM HPX are way better than Bendix
  8. But WRX interior is better
  9. Maintenance costs... just like any other machinery ever created. Skylines aren't so bad, R32s are relatively simple to work on (no complex sub systems that you need to scan computers to figure out, e.g. MB, BMW, VAG). Mine's held up pretty well. Keep the engine relatively stock and change out what breaks/wears.
  10. I saw a Silver R33 V-Spec at Oran Park during a V8 Supercar race day (my dad used to take the family out there). I think it was 1997. Coolest thing I've seen and I barely knew about cars (dad had a Nissan Pintara so I recognised Nissan). It was so exotic. Of course then Gran Turismo came out...
  11. Excellent, I should've got INVO instead of the cheapo Momo M3 tyres (they're noisy).
  12. Nothing wrong with RDA plain rotors.
  13. BCPR6ES = 0.8mm gap BCPR6ES-11 = 1.1mm gap There is no -8. Some shops sell the -11 without the "-11" bit so get them to double check.
  14. Put it on gumtree and ebay. It took me 6 months to sell a pair of tyres (good amount of tread) via ebay.
  15. Nothing wrong with a Camry mate. Rebuilt 3S-FE goes hard.
  16. Thanks for feedback. How were the INVO's noise wise? I'm considering Michelin MC5 for my wagon as they are apparently quite.
  17. Yeah give it a shot man. Gibson cars were running 300mm wide slicks weren't they?
  18. Yeah right, Gran Turismo goes up to stage 4 upgrades.
  19. LOL That's 2x the price I paid for my R31.
  20. They should've fixed the electric drive issues before deploying further.
