  1. pics are up. On SAU and my server.
  2. So I wonder how much easier it is to drift if I lose the HICAS.
  3. note it talked about *fatal or serious* accidents. It doesnt mean that there arent more accidents... Same as "speed was a contributing factor" cops use this term, but it doesnt mean they were speeding, just means if they were doing 10kph they'd be ok. Gotta remember media is out to make money...
  4. looks like someone of big brother I wouldn't rate her
  5. grrr bastards. BTW your location says Perth!
  6. Oh yeah, I agree with that! But comeon guys, lets face facts, the 32 is the best looking Skyline. :uh-huh:
  7. Got a bit further to go mate http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=74894
  8. /me doesn't see the point in burnouts. Less burnouts, more drifting!
  9. CT18 is also good without mixing with water for getting rid of certain things.
  10. Yeah, but peer pressure's a b!tch. All the other line lovers out there, don't give into their peer pressure! They tried to get me to get one aswell! Poor mislead 31 drivers :fart:
  11. It's already ugly - R31's everywhere!!!!!! /me runs and hides
  12. dude, if you really need to use something stronger, use CT18 ('truck wash') mixed at 10:1. Only do one panel at a time, in the shade. Be careful with it tho It's all you need to get a dirt bike covered in mud clean...spray on..leave 5 mins, hose off. fortunatly it doesnt harm plastics, but u gotta be careful on the car
  13. http://www.silviaspares.com.au/pics/hks/hks52boost.jpg how bout this one for $55. Sounds good to me? it's even a HKS.
  14. Awesome thanks
  15. I had my camera, but my friend didn't take any photos We had a video camera on the hill, but the camera man was apparently VERY VERY bad (I havn't seen it yet) I had my vid cam mounted in the car, but the glare means you can't see the track...you can see in the car fine tho. haha I was considering buying a helmet cam for riding, I guess if I do I can use it for drifiting too. Anyone have experience with car cams? I am gonna grab some tint of cuts and put that infront of the lens and see if that takes the glare away.
  16. anything happen with the 4 door controls?
  17. Hmmm okay things have changed. I went to my first drift meet on the weekend and loved it! I want to do it monthly. So this changes a few things. I am gonna keep this car for 6 months, but I am gonna consider over the next 6 months getting a more dedicated drifter, so I don't want to spend too much on this car. I may leave it for now, keep running semi-dodgy tyres so I'm not too concerned about the inner wear... I havn't decided. But yeah. I will have to put more thought in before I spend the money.
  18. not ready to buy another car as yet. I am waiting to hear back about a job at port mac. That add's another 3 hours onto the trip to oran park!! Atleast it's an extra $20k per year, so it would help fund it
  19. kewl. thanks guys. I know I was alot worse than the rest of the guys I went down with (white FC/blue 180/champaigne 180/stock sprinter) but hey, I gave it my best. The problem with using the road car is; 1) I have to be able to drive it home...and home is 3.5-4 hours away from the track. This will limit how much I really try. I only tried to throw the car from last turn into turn 1, once, and that was when I ended up in the dirt, I don't think I am willing to try that too much with this car, incase I go off the other side of the track and find a wall. 2) I am not willing to go into a comp, as I don't want it bent up from me/other guy stuffing up (i.e. I won't go near other cars on the track) 3) Expense. I don't have the money to set this car up. If I sold it, got a $5k sil or something, then throw $3-4k in setup, I would have a decent setup I think, without spending anymore than what I have already. So I will consider it over the next 6 months, and get to every Fatz Day that is run! (When's the next one! ?)
  20. So did anyone care to comment on how well/bad I did/give advice? (silver 4dr 32) I got a cheer when I went off into the dirt on the last turn in front of everyone. haha It was so much fun, I am considering losing the 32, and getting a trailer/dedicated car to use for drift. but that's just a thought.
  21. It was a shame the Sil threw the conrod, we didn't get to have a go at the inside track, and those 2 turns were the ones we were looking forward too most. Oh well, next time! Oh and not that it matters, but my nick is eXc (that's a c not an e )
