  1. I think I missed something? Is everyone ripping off the guy who lost his UHF radio? I don't see why he should get ragged on for asking if anyone found it?
  2. I'm after the driver side window controls. Mine are broken. If his are all in tact and working, $50. I need the switches themselves plus the componants underneath of course. (ie. from the part you use, through to the (but not including) wiring.
  3. dont spose it's a 4 door?
  4. hopefully i'm a 'cash payed' on there aswell
  5. Mark, Payment sent, Email returned. Reference 9898 Cheers Chris
  6. But how long will it last for? I don't think I even have the pics anymore. I know a few guys downloaded a PDF i made, i will try to get that back to get the pictures.
  7. So, Installing a HICAS lock bar, is not just a matter of removing the old, putting the new one in? You have to replace pumps and block hoses etc? R32 GTST I am talking about Cheers Chris
  8. 4 for me, i'll be too nervous to sleep Just kidding. Hey, were is the nearest fuel, and what is it?
  9. Mark Email sent regarding me purchasing one. Cheers Chris
  10. Guys, I will try to get some pics back up. I just dont have net at home ATM so it's difficult. I'll try tho.
  11. My net is down at home. I will try to remember to bring reciept to work
  12. need some drift rims. Got stock S14 rims with 50% rubber on 2, and 95% rubber on the other 2. It turns out the 95% rubber ones are retreads, but hey, that's ok. I now have 2 spare sets of rims.
  13. awesome thanks
  14. ok so how do I determine what shocks and spring rates I should be looking at? Something like these http://www.otomoto.com.au/HDSystems/index.htm maybe a good deal. As it seems I can adjust camber on them aswell. I mean that will go towards saving on the camber bushes. Altho I am guessing that it won't be camber adjustable on skylines? Comments? Cheers Chris
  15. Gday Guys, I know they are the same stud pattern- 114.3/5. But will they clear the calipers fine? Cheers Chris
  16. Gday Guys, I have another thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...017#post1383017 going regarding fixing my camber. I had decided I was going to get all the bushes I need to fix that up, plus get some castor. However, after I went in a motorkhana on the weekend (first time I have thrown the car around in a sliding fashion) I think maybe I need to look at a better suspension setup aswell. Here are some pics http://ribfeast.no-ip.com/mgmotorkhana05/skyline_1.jpg http://ribfeast.no-ip.com/mgmotorkhana05/skyline_2.jpg http://ribfeast.no-ip.com/mgmotorkhana05/skyline_3.jpg Now, I am pretty strapped for cash, and I am NOT interested in throwing lots and lots of money at my car for stuff that I don't really need. BUT... With that much roll (keep in mind that I was in no higher than 2nd gear, so it's not like I was going fast) should I be looking at a better setup? If so what? Do I just get some decent springs, or do I need to go for coilovers or something. I am 100% NOT willing to spend over $2000. And I am a bit "meh" about spending more than $1000 really. I had planned the castor/camber fix to be up to $1000, so if I was able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, then maybe we can find a comprimise. I also need to raise the car as it is *just* under 100mm clearence at lowest point (ie. illegal in NSW) I plan to use the car as a street car (not street racing...just general usage) I will be doing the occasional track day and drift day. I am going to go to every motorkhana I can get to, but I obviously dont need to spend money on the car for a motorkhana. If I am good at drift (find out next weekend!!) then I will be trying to get to the track every month. What are my options, and are they really worth it in reality? I am particulary interested in SK's answer. Thanks in advance Chris
  17. Maybe they were just bogans and thought maybe they could strike up a convo...i mean if they were legit and were sales ppl? I'd still be worried personally.
  18. power to wieght makes more sense. Problem is policing it. If they say "any modified car" it is very broad, and can get someone with any modified car, plus the cars on the list (which would have been determined i assume by power to wieght. The problem would be that if they came across a car that they thought was above the power to wieght, they would need to send you to a dyno to find out if they are right. This way they just get you if it has mods. Time for the rise of the sleepers!
  19. Thanks Mark. If I manage to get any I will give you a yell.
  20. Simple. Pull over any p plater that has a car that could possibly be modified or on the list. (note that you can't drive ANY modified car under the new rules..it's not just fast cars banned) With a bit of luck this will get rid of those annoying fart exhausts. Unfortunatly for the next 3 years there will still be p platers that can legally have the cars, so they better carry rules with them
  21. oh I am not worried about looking like a fool. Atleast I am out there giving it a go And I wont have the rubber to keep my foot down I am gonna have 2 pairs for drifting on, and they are already way past legal so I'd say I'll only get 2-3 sessions. I am chasing some more rims ATM. And then we need to work out a way to get them down there, cause I can only fit 4 wheels in my car. I am thinking about taking the passenger seat out...
  22. Awesome, I'll bring a matress for the roof incase it hails then ? /me looks forward to getting his a$$ handed to him by everyone, not just 31's
