sigma 10-20 its about 1/3 of your budget or even sigma 12-24, which is more expensive, but slightly crapper than the 10-20 tamron 11-28 tokina also has two 12-24 and 11-17 i have the sigma 10-20 and i love it

you have to weld the hole where the wastegate flapper is then make sure its smooth on the inside so it doesnt hinder flow
