  1. You can also hook a micro switch up to the clutch pedal on the secondary limiter for a very primitive anti-lag set setup. Works though
  2. That's BS, HPI installed a Bee*R rev limiter in their 4 door 32 with a PFC. Works with my PFC too.
  3. Crazy! Crazy
  4. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t=0&start=0 read this thread

  6. ticking noise... rebuild... ???.... Maybe try a compression test before going all out. Could be something else, injectors make a ticking noise.
  7. Na they're rota's, look the same. I think they maybe 19's too.
  8. you'll need a s2 ecu
  9. Mine never spikes that high. You should get your tuner to look at it as 45 is not acceptable. Under load up a hill accelerating full throttle at high rpm the highest mine reads is 18 but I have water injection .
  10. I've just got clamps straight on the pump no vibration, rattling, excessive humming etc. You've just got to position the pump right so no part is in contact with edge of the tank. Also make sure the bracket is pushed all the way down into the slots.
  11. No, no re tune needed just unplug the solenoid to test if that's where the noise is coming from... If the noise stops when unplugged it's all is all good, it's just the solenoid. Chuck the catch in the bin, plumb the breather back into the intake.
  12. Silver because it will look ghetto without the under bonnet painted the same colour. Different shade of silver maybe...
  13. Unplug the solenoid and go for drive, see if it doesn't make the noise.
  14. A stock gtst doesn't need a FMIC, it only causes pressure drop. A FMIC is a supporting mod for when you get a bigger turbo.
  15. Can be done but it's dodge. Reasons against: Uneven fuel distribution to each cylinder Hard to tune for Unroadworthy modification Injector seating issues as there's rail to bolt them into, dangerous if not done properly. Fuel reversion issues during gear changes when changing gears, extremely dangerous if using atmo BOV. Looks like puss
  16. VG30 for sure, the rb25 housing really is limited when you start hi-flowing. You won't notice much difference in response comparing vg30 hi-flow with rb25hiflow if the exhaust housing are bored out to the same diameter. Some people with stock vg30 turbo's notice no difference in spooling time compared to the rb25 turbo.
  17. I haven't found a suitable head yet but you can check this with a head gasket if you've got one. If the oil return on the head and the block lines up with the hole in gasket just leave it unplugged, if hole in the gasket doesn't line up with with block assuming you're using an rb25 gasket you'll have to block it.
  18. I think you have to put a grub screw or weld the oil return as it doesn't line up with rb30 block and then you have the external oil return plumbing back to the turbo oil return line.
  19. Power is just a number... Head porting and cams will make more power but it won't be worth it for the amount of cash you fork out. Besides 217rwkW is crazy for an rb20 especially with such a nice power curve, I'd be happy with that and enjoy it. Edit: Maybe an ebc
  20. Don't slow down for them, just overtake at the speed limit. That way you're not breaking the law, it pisses off occupant of slow car and you can wave as you go past
  21. :laughing-smiley-014:
