Im on around 7 to 7.5 km's per litre of premium 98ron fuel used (metro area) depending on fuel source, right foot, weather, traffic density and route travelled generally 15L per 100kms used to be better, around 12.5L per 100kms but my power output is ~90% more than when I first had the rb25det 3.25yrs ago.

Wondering do RB30 pistons fit into an rb25 block / head? with rb25 rods? can anyone give me a heads up on that? or is the rb30 bottom end needed, with the rb25 head, with rb30 rods and pistons not sure ~

Id so love to, but, no knees, 2m tall, sort of makes me a massive target if I could kneel itd be fine, but the wedges in the tibias mean I cant, plus uneven ground is hard to balance on with no knees. damn, but thats how it is.

I smile and nod to pretty much most skylines / pintara's I see (lol, the pintara turbo wagon, nice), fingure up in wave salute, but dont "wave" away as such as for arrogance, I love MY rbdet, but appreciate others whether they be 2litre, 2.5~.6, or 3litre

thats it sled as you know, me going onto DSP of $200 per fortnight is a massive sacrifice over 2000 per fortnight but all we need is food, everything else will take care of itself craig - best of luck mate. teh fun part is the trying to get preggy. just counts out one or two holes LOL

cheers for the replies damn that dyno chart above, lol, nasty yeah, happy with the list, cheers for the nice comments. should have bought the venolia pistons and rings for $300 then, damn it. was thinking that pistons/rods (proper pricing, theres $1500) and a hone and bore would be three grand at least extra on top of the head work. I figured I could do head work now, be happy with low-mid 200'kws, and in a few years time do the bottom end. Ive got the toshi ecu remap chip, great, heaps rich LOL but timing is pretty good. safc is in bigtime negatives atm, so plenty of scope for the extra 700cc injectors to be switched on thru a rpm/wot switch for safe fueling. Im hoping bottem end will be fine, but thanks for the tips, from your wealth of experience (whatsisname) I'll take it into consideration and see what I can do a deal on, perhaps. just I figured I didnt need to spend that extra 2-3g for bottom end rebuild, and have fun doing it in a few yrs time. total list of car, for the past 3yrs ownership. all mods are mine. ********* Car: 1997 Series 1 Nissan Stagea RS Four Station Wagon 100,150kms, Auto, RB25DET engine, Attessa 4wd Silky Snow Pearl, Dayz bodykit 100,000km service (new water pump, belts, exhaust studs, fresh fluid such as p/steer, radiator, attessa, etc) Engine: Ryco Z201 fuel filter, Ryco Z145 oil filter, Castrol Edge 0/40w engine oil Davies Craig automatic transmission oil cooler upgrade kit MV Automatic shift kit & auto service kit Koyo Radiator upgrade Splitfire coil packs NGK BCPRE6 0.8mm copper v-gruve spark plugs Bosch 040 fuel pump with direct battery feed at 13.8volts Aerospeed adjustable exhaust cam gear pulley wheel Greddy remote oil filter relocation kit Nismo adjustable fuel pressure regulator Nissan Z32 Air Flow Meter 3inch Just Jap Racing stainless steel single dump pipe system (turbo to cat) 3inch Racing Technologies metalcat high flow catalytic converter 3inch cat-back exhaust system with Kakimoto GTR Racing hi-flow straight-thru muffler Cold Air Induction aluminium box w/ lid setup, foam internals, using standard snorkel air feed Cold Air Radiator air guide (feeds radiator / pod / intercooler) Apexi Super Induction pod filter Apexi 'Hybrid' front mount intercooler, tube & fin and bar & plate, with custom return air feed pipe kit Apexi boost gauge Apexi SAFC Super Air Fuel Computer Apexi SITC Super Ignition Timing Computer Apexi Profec B spec-ii dual stage Electronic Boost Controller, set to 1bar and 1.1bar HKS heavy duty 14psi turbo actuator Sliding Performance water/oil cooled 360degree journal bearing Hi-Flow Turbocharger Rated 250rwkw at 1bar, 2yr old 10,000kms perfect condition. I should say then, the meaning to MY life is my children thought differently before kids, but once you have your own flesh and blood in your hands, everything changes, and finance just doesnt come into it, ever nothing else matters........... hence the meaning to life (fact is you cant argue meaning to life is to reproduce - thats a fact of nature, for every species whether fauna or flaura) Craig, not being narky, just trying to make a point that money should NEVER come into it, whether you have kids or not. all you need is love
-
BUT, the true meaning to life is to have children - to pass you genes on down the line - to keep your genes in the homo sapian gene pool mix. gotta be in it to win it meaning to life. flick hopefully one day you'll experience it. craig, if you are rich good luck to you, but for most people the comment "you'll never be financially ready" rings true. not everone can have a 5bed deluxe home, money for expensive tuition for 5 kids for 12yrs, etc etc while I want the best for my kids, not ONE DOLLAR ever comes into it. kids dont want money, just mommey and daddy, and the love & care that mommy and daddy give, no more no less. hence the meaning to life. simple

Best Place To Get A Head Job On My 33
Tangles replied to WARLORD's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
They do have a reputation for their work over the past decade(s) prices increase if you want extensive port work done though, from mild to wild apparently talk to Darren Lewis for details -
Dodgy Work On My Gtr And Now The Engine Is Toast.
Tangles replied to doutsis's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
definately. best of luck with it, hope it comes back cleaner then before. my first tuner ripped me off (in my mind) for paying for "X" work but only getting "U" work done and getting overcharged for it all (what "all", half the 100thou service shit I paid for wsnt done) thats after looking them in the eye saying Im after a trustworthy tuner I can come to for ever & ever...... my second tuner is my current tuner, nothing but 5star from Boostwerx off to see shaun & troy shortly to get a quote on the head work, porting etc and fitting my parts, incl poncams, and tuning external injectors....
