thanks for the messages of support and the pms I received. wow, cheers lads and ladies. a little support now and then does make you feel a tad better. I still to this day suggest that my eldest child was my lifesaver............... finding out we were expecting when the twin towers came crashing down made me decide to stay it out, to grin and bear it; there is no way Id want my children to grow up on this earth of ours without a father to help guide them thru life. I love my kids more than life itself, and I would never do anything to hurt them. Yeah I see my GP monthly for a heart2heart checkup and guidence, and have seen a mentalhealth professional in the past. Take tablets for depression that also act as a sleeping agent, and in conjunction with the opiates they bring my base level pain threshold up a bit. Just that when in chronic pain 24/7 for year after year after year it gets to you. My problem can be that I try not to take the heavy painkiller drugs prescribed to me, but sometimes you just have to. Taken the strong tablet an hr ago and I must admit Im feeling a bit better now that the pain has subsided a bit. damn you winter. I can hear the TopEnd calling my name who's the drama queen - I am !! lol but still, better that then being a 'queen' hehehehe

if I didnt have kids and the reponsibility to bring them up right and proper, Id take you up on that !! still got my lucky bullet at home stashed away. hollow lead tip .22, would make a fair bit of mess. havent touched a rifle since the day I unloaded "my" bullet from the gun. laugh at me for being a soft cock thats all good, but Im glad I didnt commit suicide back in 2000/01 when at my lowest point. I guess life can only get better. Weird, but sometimes even typing this shite onto the faceless-net can help you feel a little better about yourself. Hows your back going black32?

Dont know what to do. Winter is here again; cold weather has my knees absolutely killing me with discomfort/pain. I feel chronically fatigued without having a 'syndrome' as such; dont sleep more than a cple hrs a night, out of the house from 7.30am to 6pm weekdays trying to earn some $ to pay for the cost of living. ......... if I didnt have kids Id take the easy option out. but I cant, I love my 2 children too much to do that to them. f**k me, what a joke Ive (my life) become. If I was a druggy Id understand why I feel so shite day in day out. anyone else out here suffering/dealing with depression due to uncontrolable circumstances? any tips for mood brighteners? bah. lets all point and laugh at me. :sorcerer:

My Car Feels Like It's Hitting R&r But It's A Remaped Ecu
Tangles replied to WogsRus's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
man you've been posting for months now about issues..... better off uninstalling all mods, take it back to stnd, sell the car and start afresh !!! -
personally, speeding (ie 100 in 60 metro zone) in a built up area is a big NoNo in my mind, whereas speeding in a rural zone to me is 'sortof' ok. as long as you are prepared to accept the consequences for your actions.

Trust Td05/06 Vs Gcg Hi-flow On Rb20?
Tangles replied to wlspn's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
hhmmm??? 'sif anyone would ever get pee'd f at Aaron, as nice a bloke as you'll ever meet. I waited 12weeks for one last year (between Aug-Nov) and couldnt have been happier. Slides overall health is of most importance; yes he does have a health issue and yes he does get very busy with the huge quantities of orders he receives for his hiflows. For the cost/quality of the unit I think its an awesome deal never mind if its a 3month turnaround. If youd bothered to read his area of the forums, instead of stirring up crud: "Hi Guys Orders are now being taken for highflows again We will not be doing the sort of numbers as we used to so when orders peek at 20 we will stop until all are done. This is simply to reduce waiting times due to the amount of orders we receive. The waiting times will always be stated at or longer then 3 weeks regardless of if it will be done in 2 days. This will be to avoid any possible delays that may push back production including my personal health." Slide highflow FTW !!11!!!!! -
whats the heartache with sliding seats forward and backwards? Im 6ft8in and the wife is 5ft2in. Ive had the drivers seat rail altered for an extension to the overall rail length. Wifey drives at the closest possible point to the steering wheel (I cant even get into the seat sideways lol) and Im at the furtherest point away from the steering wheel - all in all almost 1 and a half feet of adjustment. Dont need electric seats to do what is a 1sec pre-startup job same goes for adjusting seatbelt heights, adjusting rearview mirror etc etc.

18's would look and drive fine. save the $$ from the 19's and tyres you dont buy and forget a bodykit, then use that money saved (well, not spent) on a highflowed turbo and a safc tune. you'll be laughing then................. nice R34 dude

Pixl8r has a S2, low kms, had shagged shockies as the car had been sitting around in Japland for too long without being used, same deal with the turbo. My S1 has low kms, impoted at 46k and I got it at 78k, the shockies were shagged. Replaced with Bilsteins and will never look back.

New Member - A Few Q's About Buying A Stagea.
Tangles replied to deaders's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
when I bought my S1 two yrs ago the S2 came in at a 8g to 10grand premium; definately not worth it IMO. whereas now if you can get a S2 imported for 15g onroad then do it. -
Lod Dale, meat up and drive - might try that one on the wife tonight. yup replied to PM's. say a time n place and its all good. youve got my mobile #, so dont hesitate in using it if need be. Brendan

wtf is a Dome cafe? iced mocha sounds nice, admittedly. and yes, Im open to be taken out by a nice looking potential stagea owner. what to do oh what to do - swing left or right ??? lol Yeah, Huddy looked at my stagea as well. Had another cple look at mine, they bought exactly same model (S1 Dayz, same colour everything!). Available on a saturday morning to meat up and go for a little drive...........

-
no probs send me a pm etc and I'll meet up with you. Im in M/Vale down south but a trip to the city isnt a problem at all. farmers union I presume?
-
same EBC, same cost, no spikes, holds boost nice and steady, and has 2 settings. ie one for high for me and one for low whenever someone else might drive the car ie Mum lol.
-
good to hear youve got her back. wow - mate, 1st modification should always be an alarm. search ebay if finances are lacking. I got mine off ebay (1st purchase for the car), and had it installed asap along with a few other electrical items (boost controller, safc and alarm). Was $120 for wiring those 3 items up at Graham West Workshops (they outsource the electrician jobs, ring and ask who perhaps?).

what drugs do you take Kralster ? they "seem" to be working....... unless they are mood altering ones, in which case Id advise you to see your local health services, pronto !!

Im down M/Vale way so a southern cruise (willunga / murray bridge) sounds good. ta

so you need a rebuild hey Rus? not good to hear; I know from all your threads youve been having a few issues. there is Nothing wrong with buying performance engine parts off ebay. I did it for my bike engine rebuild and saved a packet, and Id have no hesitation doing it all again on my rb25 engine (if ever needed) good luck with it dude

Howdy. Just had a (Kakimoto) 3inch centre to centre oval shaped free flowing muffler welded on, to replace the restrictive (Fujitsubo) 3inch offset to centre muffler..... bought the muffler from a wa sau member for $65 delivered so I got a bargain for sure. Tuner was saying the Stagea needed a free-er flowing muffler so he could get the tune right in the higher rpm area (was pinging up top end as the highflow turbo couldnt flow out enough exhaust gasses thru the muffler, and didnt like to be pushed past 14psi). Now its as right as rain. Problem: droney below 2500rpm, above that mark when the turbo is in use the exhaust is fine and reasonably quiet (really hear the turbo and the induction noise above 2500rpm and the droney exhaust sound is gone). However most of my driving is in city traffic below 2500rpm off boost, and its a tad loud for my old ears. What do I need to do to keep the high flow exhaust gasses coming out but reduce the sound a bit when its off boost? I was thinking about a 3inch resonator. However, would another small bodied 3inch centre to centre straight thru muffler be more suitable? ie add a resonator or another muffler just after the cat converter? what do the resident experts suggest? cheers in advance

no you DONT have to go to Regency. well at least that was the case around 2yrs ago. you can have it identified and inspected at the Sturt Road depot next to the police station..... on Tues and Thurs only between 9am and 3pm make sure it is stock at time of identity inspection, have all your paperwork with you at the time, and it'll be fine.

yeah thats a good sugestion, probably the cheapest option too Get some NGK spark plugs, item number BCPR6E They are a 0.8mm pregapped, copper, v-groove plug, around $2.40 each. Also get some Industrial Strength Silicone Sealant from a trade store for $12 and cover your coilpacks with that goo. Stops wasted spark.

cheeky Dale would like to see a pic of yours whats the news????

Melbourne 4 Door Import Cruise
Tangles replied to Starionturbo's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I thought Stagea's were 5 doors. let me count, 1 2 3 4 and yes 5 ! :sorcerer: cant tell Im not in VIC hey?! -
true 'dat. I guess we all have our reasons for owning "enter brand name/type here" said vehicle. I for one wanted a skyline for the rb25 powah but a) couldnt fit (too tall) and b) need room for pram and kids. stagea was the obvious choice. on a budget too (ie under 20k), couldnt find anything else at the time that offers the same or better "bang for buck"..... if only I could get a 3.0l twin turbo Supra wagon !!! legnum's have only been recently ADR compliance approved, they wern't an option when a lot of the lads here in this sau stag section got their stagea's.
