  1. the a/f ratio it gives out is useless, as its from the stock narrow band sensor its slow and it jumps all over the place 16.0 15.2 19.1 16.2 16.5 20.0 and so on...
  2. haha why - its a crap feature
  3. the feature is junk anyway, it just watches the narrow sensor and guesstimates engine load usually it sets the auto idle time really high, to around 1.5 minutes which is too much you can just adjust it, but its not really needed. just set it to manual mode and dial in 30 seconds or whatever idle time you want
  4. nice theres a write up in one of our previous newsletters on sauvic.com.au how to do it with a full led kit, al wrote it
  5. rb25, iridium, 0.8, 193rwkw, 0.85bar, in the engine
  6. do your headlights etc look dim? youve probably flattened the battery
  7. you cant use RB26 02 sensors on RB25 ecu you cant use RB25 02 sensor on RB26 ecu
  8. ah yeah - good point hence slow linear power curve, will be good to see it completed
  9. glad you got it sorted 10psi @ 4800rpm.... what the ?
  10. different 02 sensors (type) and wiring depending on what ECU you use, if you use an rb25 ECU, youll need to use a single rb25 02 sensor or you can just leave it out and have no 02 feedback, the car should still work and run fine (just crap fuel economy)

  12. for those interested in similar topics check out; network warrior http://www.amazon.com/Network-Warrior-Gary...7458&sr=8-1 a recommended read it covers advanced and commonly used scenarios of networking and networking concepts the pdf version is on bit torrent if you want a sneek peek, but the paper back is recommended http://www.mininova.org/tor/860447 i purchased mine from amazon.com delivered in about 1.5 weeks for $49 new
  13. yeah if you have two routers, then HSRP is spot on will give you want you need, just make sure you set it to watch the serial or dialer/0 interface for the dsl connection and test it of course, also make sure to set the priority, dont assume defaults
  14. ah i didnt see it was on one device, well yeah just set to two gateways with different metric the lower metric being the primary route, and the secondary with the higher metric i assumed you had two routers
  15. or the other ip logical way is ip routing, so use ospf, eigrp to provide logical route redundancy
  16. hsrp attached to the wan interface will do it both routers run hsrp between each other and send echo packets they also share a virtual ip between them if one of them doesn't respond to the echo within set timeout the other router takes over the virtual ip there's always a master and a slave in the hsrp ive got a book / pdf if you want to do it yourself, its easy
  17. find a local ABS or general brakes place surely a brakes place has seen/heard of this before it would be a common issue i would imagine
  18. racebrakes are in north melbourne, 2 seconds from the city they should be able to help you out the squeak is from the compound of the pads you are using try different pads, bed them in, fry em and away you go
  19. for $600 an rb25 turbo is within your budget and power levels its a close fit, and requires very little work to make it fit and work good response and more average power, dont bother with an ebay t3/t4 they're junk, laggy, old school technology and require extra work to make it fit
  20. yeah im easy - im out in tullamarine however
  21. it would to some extent, if it was me i would probably do a DATA INIT and then do the self learn adjustment to make sure all is well then either copy the tune back or get it tuned again i can copy your tune and put it back for you if you like the 32 and 33 rb26 use the same unit PFC so the sensors etc are the same but you need to note what 02 sensors are you using? for BNR32 sensor you need to enable "O2 register" under ETC, FUNCTION SELECT if you are using BCNR33 sensors then this feature should be off under FUNCTION SELECT dont mix this up with "02 feedback" - as the PFC unit is same for 32/33 its a switchable 02 sensor type
  22. haha yeah was there again today ran into kaz into the main building lobby too
  23. the std one is fine and works well, if you change your airfilter it will become louder there's no need to change / replace the stocker with an airfilter, its plenty loud go for a quick lap around the block with the top of your airbox panel removed - youll see how loud it is
  24. took 30 seconds to find http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Di...on-t139916.html
