  4. get nismo afms - they are 65mm but are z32 internals so same bolt patter / direct swap etc but will flow heaps more with resolution if you move to z32s you need to change the pipe work / air box / pods / pipes as they are 80mm and different pattern etc nismo cheapest and easiest z32 next then djetro

  7. it wont be the fuel filter - i fail to see how this is causing the problem you are experiecing if the fuel filter was blocking fuel the car would be lacking fuel on full load this would mean it would lean out which would skyrocket the exhaust gas temps, which would cause engine failure given your engine still works it doesnt sound likely go for splitfires - dont get stock ones you would be mad to do that
  8. doesnt matter - you can if you like ive removed my ecu and put in the PFC in my car maybe 10 times without disconnecting the battery
  9. try new coils if you are sure the plugs are spot on and correct my coils died - one day they are perfect, the next day the car detonates its ass off on high boost dropping boost makes the problem go away

  11. ive been running shell 100ron with ethanol for a few months now and i havent touched my PFC tune
  12. from all of my experiences with tuning and fuel etc ive found occasionally a bad batch of fuel - all you need to do is back out the timing and then get rid of the dodgy fuel once that is done you can either try other fuel or back to the same place in the 4 years ive owned with an aggressive tune ive only seen one batch of crap fuel
  13. unplug the PFC and replug it back in - be sure you securely fasten it and its not loose a lot of install problems come from the user not plugging in the harness plug correctly so some of the pins dont connect properly or they come loose easily with car movement etc
  14. the throttle position sensor is loose or faulty its going to 0.00v which is out of range, which is why the revs jump to 1500rpm and why the engine check light comes on

  20. what is your full exhaust setup? dump? gate? screamer? pipe sizes etc also get a plot of exhaust pressure past the turbo outlet

  23. dont bother with cams and djetro on a mild GTR waste of time, effort and $ stick with standard powerfc and just get a set of cam gears this will give you the best gains
  24. i had similair experiences with my a-lsd system it was terrible for ages - i drained it flat out, ran daigs etc, over and over. drained it heaps, had a diff place pull apart the housing etc all didnt help and was still toast. i ended up overfilling the resivour in the boot by more than half. left it for like 2 weeks and it worked prefectly after that go figure
  25. the RSM does a great job of this if you are after the same thing it shows the cars output in KW, PS or horsepower with top scores, plots per RPM and speed too
