spot on, this is because pressure has nothing to do with volume. 30psi in a car tyre is completely different to 30psi in a truck tyre. a stock turbo at 12psi a gt3540 at 12psi clearly the gt3504 will make lots more air, as it flows more air at the same pressure

jump starting a car with a PFC is no different to stock ecu. ive done it before twice and it works just as normal (as its supposed to). it sounds like you have the wierd wiring (not 12v guage) at a guess

has anyone on here used the retail fc pro software? its nothing like datalogit or the power excel software. its a cut down version of the power excel to allow you to save/restore your tune and a few other minor settings, ive read its nothing like datalogit & power excel. if someone could confirm that would be tops

02 feedback isnt the be-all and end all of economy. it cerainly is a brialliant out of the box solution for economy in self drive mode but there are alternatives tune the car with 02 feedback off and leave it off if you wish. mine is tuned like that. 1.5 hours on the road with wideband sensor will sort out the cruise and low load AFRS to get your economy back. im seeing 400's on the street with peak hour traffic with 02 feedback off. 1.5hours tuner work should cover the cost of getting a new 02 sensor, installing it and wasting some fuel in the meantime.

Evo 8 motec exhaust unknown tune state + boost R33 GTST powerfc fmic exhaust 12psi clutch etc both on the same dyno, just a comparison. the evo has more average power everywhere

ive done both and sometimes the hand controller is easier (and quicker ive often found too). the laptop software can be combersome at times. what is it that you are trying to do? you can use the temp IGN and INJ adjust to shift the maps then run and see what comes on, if you happy apply those shits in the relevant areas on the maps. it just comes down to practice and getting used it.
