  1. i would just do the same as the RB25 guys and put my highest flowing injector in 6 then the next highest flowing into 5.

Howdy What would be a nice safe high boost setting to run an RB20DET on ? i have larger fuel pump, injectors, FMIC, aftermarket ECU, 3"exh and soon hopefully a larger turbo. what would be the max PSI to run ? *my current turbo is highflowed, dont wanna hear about ceramic wheels etc etc* Cheers Dave
  3. Roy, Ask someone with a GTR to take a pic of how the resistor pack is installed into their car. I have bought 6 of these injectors already. They look alright and should do the job nicely. 20cc more than GTR injectors! Dave
  4. after not being happy with my cars current tune and performance i too will be taking my car back to the place who did the conversion and wire up.. Gavin Woods Auto Tech... Should hopefully make use of my new injectors and turbo
  5. hey guys in the morning i will take photos... It is still on the car looks like a stock turbo. Compressor cover was machined to fit a larger wheel. This is what i have been told by the previous owner who under took the engine conversion. For more details please PM if you are interested. Dave
  6. on my rb20 made 236hp@wheels on 11psi Has done 5,000km while in my possesion approx 10,000km its since high flow as car wasnt driven.
  7. High flowed R32 Turbo Steel wheels, can run more boost than a stock item. Will outflow a stock item. Been on 2 separate dynos, both operators commented on the turbo holding boost all the way to rev cut. Still on car $600 ono

Hey I have an RB25DET head for sale specs: - RB25DET head - Inlet manifold with injectors - RB25DE cams (more lift than DET cams) - Been tested and is in good condition, no warpage, valves vac up good no Throttle body, coil packs, exhaust manifold or turbo can also supply loom and ecu from an RB25DET to anyone interested $650 RB30 Short motor - Series 2 NA block - done 116,000km - inc Pistons, rods, crank all assembled - AC Compressor attached too In good condition. Been checked and was given the all clear. Can either bolt the head straight on and go from there, or pull apart bottom end and build it up. $200 Buy them together $800 or make me a reasonable offer.   11. gday mate... have these injectors been flow tested? as long as these will fit straight into an rb20det fuel rail i am interested and in Brisbane too. Let me know if you still have these! Cheers Dave
  12. according to my papers he is responsible for the way my car is too. would be good to speak to him about it cuz it seems he put alot of effort into gettin the car goin!
  13. eeerrmmm isnt it meant to vent back into the intake... fresh air in exhaust... add some overfueling and u'll get yourself some antilag action.
  14. would need to be connected or else the ecu wont be getting any input and i belive it may put the car into a safe mode/limp home mode. not too sure.. can another sensor be screwed in? i do not know about that for sure sorry.

  16. Hey How much would i expect to pay for a: - T88-33c $ ? - T88-34d $ ? how would one of these go on an RB20DET ?? (i would be seriously putting it on an RB30DET)

  18. yes joel thats normal the way the vl head is designed, some valves are angled like that on one side(eg cyl 1,2,3) the others are angled / (eg cyl 4,5,6) so instead of making specific pistons for each cylinder they chose to make the pistons with both recesses. Therefore when you look at the pistons it looks as if they were designed for a multivalve head.
  19. ahh sweet i was always told u cant use the vl turbo with the rb25/30 manifold.... pays to ask questions
  20. i believe it would require a fair mid of modification to the exhaust manaifold to adapt the rb26 exhaust manifold onto the rb25 head. i think the t03 would run out of puff early to due to the extra flow. and if your using a vl turbo t3 you'd need an adapter plate? to use on the rb25 exhaust manifold, correct?
  21. slip.. depends on which td06. "white r32" has a td06-19c and at last i heard had 275rwhp and that was with a problem with his SAFC.
  22. i was told the RB25 and RB30 sumps are the same inside and out... anyone got any contradicting information ?
  23. just found a problem.. my boost guage is only reading to 5psi for some reason now!!! its definately boosting harder than that.! time to go trouble shooting.
