its a bit more than that on the retail side. it does have a monitoring fee as well but not $3-400/yr. the whole lot is web based and trackable over a period of time (IE hours/days/months.) and can export into a excel sheet.
I have one already and I use it for time tracking on my van.
questions ask
I should have changed yours out when I had the car. you would have liked mine .. (air horns.)
run one set of horns. take the others out. the OE 350 GT horns suck IMO.
only way I can see to do it is find a unit with a phone audio input. that would allow the nav to switch in and out regardless of source.
from the Audio IN side of things you would need a AUX in on the new unit.
as for using the OE bose system - yes. there are plug and go leads available for it and yes I can get them.
1- no
2- ebay yes.nissan oz with an appropriate jap VIN.
3- depends - screen is usable- nav unit is useless here though. can retrofit an Garmin to it easily.
4- not really- 350gt is better built in my opinion.
5 - Z..
put it this way when someone on ebay releases a new all in one box I get swamped wit requests. so I fit one, lasts 3-4 weeks before something in the unit dies. that also includes the one above-and yes I fit this stuff for a living
really???
considering the net is a wonderful place for rumors - I have yet to see that one. the unit itself comes in 8 different flavors and from the outside you can't tell which one you have. the only one that I know of that plays video is in the F50 Cima.
nope. if I had removed the seat ENTIRELY and turned the key on then I would have the same problem as the OP does. I didnt as I left the wiring intact and pushed the seat out of the way. have high res shots if you wish to look. only way to get rind of the codes is with the appropriate bit of sofware and a cable.
