  2. Alonso was given an FF for his win on the weekend.
  3. You'd be mad to not give this a go while you're there; http://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/Activities_and_Experiences.aspx?gid=6 Sure you cant drive, but the G forces would be crazy - plus the noise of that engine mmmmm
  4. Agreed big time.
  5. Gav has had a VERY awesome result on the 63's, who will make the jump and try 67's and the 60's?
  6. According to this it had a 6 speed at least once in its life http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/257548-racepace-gtr33-for-sale/page__fromsearch__1
  7. Good point yeah could've been Os Giken gearset even
  8. R34 box in R33?
  9. Here's a quick google search picture of what to look for. On the driver side at the front of the car, these should be between the front bar and the front wheel in that gap/area. Much easier to see if you have the front bar off the car of course. If you bought the car stock it doesn't make sense for them to not be there unless the seller decided to keep them (strange thing to do) or unless the seller had aftermarket ones on there and decided to keep them.
  10. You mean it's got none at all, or it's got the stock setup? The stock setup is proven totally reliable in many cars up to and including 1000hp.
  11. Dont know how you figured that out - BOV's are not cared about. Screamer and straight through exhausts are the big no no's
  12. Oh bottom end only would be less, I included head.
  13. Send them $10000 and you can have a racepace built motor any day of the week. It's good value for money when you look at what you get
  14. Where did you get the brake adapters made? Also on your splitter, do you have any pics please showing how you attached the ply to the garden edging? I'm guessing 90 degree alloy edging cut into small pieces
  15. Derr, the ac one how could i forget that haha *facepalm*
  16. lol, thats so well done
  17. Yeah basically just show up about 830am and say Hi, after drivers briefing I'll call the officials to stand to one side to make sure we have enough to start the day, then you choose a corner you like the view from (if you like to take pictures, thats cool bring the camera) and we set you up with a seat, some shade, few drinks and food etc plus a radio. In front of your spot will be a chicane made up of orange cones which cars have to drive through (just like the ones on the video). If someone doesnt drive through it at all, or knocks a cone down just say on the radio "car number XX hit 2 cones" or "car number XX totally missed gate" and we apply a time penalty to that cars overall course time. If a cone is knocked down, it's great if you can stand it back up before the next car comes through to save a course car having to do it (as it takes the course car longer because it has to come from the start whereas you're sitting right there). Only one car on the course at a time so just as I will say it to the officials on the day i'll say it now, dont be afraid of picking up the cone if one gets knocked down, if you radio in "cone knocked down" you can also say "and im picking it up" - we wont let the next car go until we hear "cone fixed" or something similar to let us know you're off the track. As many cold drinks and hot food as you'd like will be brought out at regular intervals, also if any officials want to swap corners thats easily done too (for example, you can do corner 1 first, then corner 4, then corner 7 or whatever one you like the view from) - I wouldnt expect someone to sit in the same spot all day (of course if you prefer that, thats perfectly cool), so I'd expect the officials do say 2 hours at one corner, then 2 at another etc. It doesnt matter even if you only want to do it for the morning and not the afternoon, all help is appreciated and it's so simple to do - plus you get WAY better viewing than any normal spectator will ever get at this place
