For the record i used a Jim Berry single plate up to 460AWKW and 10.3's for a few years...great clutch...is now in Razor$sharp's R33 Abflug car and still going strong.
I now use an NPC twin plate...during my 500AWKW GT-RS 9.9's days....the same clutch is in my car now making over 600AWKW and is bullet proof...but not really needed in a streetcar as its a bit OTT.
Why you ask questions i know you know the answer to Marko is a bit odd. Of course the Jim Berry single will hold on to 400...i couldn't kill mine.
remember dont have it lying down...its a very un-natural way to give birth. On a mat on the floor on your knees. Get a chair to lean into. Stace delivered in 17minutes after water broke using this method. Gravity is your friend...use it.
All the best to bub and family.
it was probably a typo (when yen was 100 it works out to be $80...i dont think thats right somehow)...as when the yen was good they were about 800,000yen. Now that they are rare and hard to come by they are about $15K delivered to your door.
Im able to still get them.
its what we use and are familiar with...no need to change as they are very accurate.
Peter gives me a good discount too which helps.
All Mainline dyno's use Techedge units to read AFR...good enough for them...plenty good for me.
Bakes, Matt was having trouble keeping his mind on the job...every now and then he would stand back and admire your car. He's been around plenty of tough GTR's and to see him drooling over your car was a laugh.
Ray Hall is also working with a small operation called Ruzic Engineering.
This item fills lots of gaps...like guys who dont want to part with thousands for a full dash that does nothing more, takes a lot to install and is not really practical in a street car. A lot of the initial hesitation for going to the Vi-PEC by Power FC owners was the lack of a dash mounted interface unit. This is what most wanted so this product is a perfect solution.
I looked at running an AIM dash but the Ruzic does the same job at less than 1/3 of the price installed. The ability to just plug it in and wire up the power and lights to it was also another factor. Simple to install, easy to configure and aussie made.
