looks like a casting flaw...get it crack tested and balanced and if its ok re-use it...its only going into a forklift isn't it? if its a street engine it will be ok if the testing says its fine.

thanks for your input Bob Brown. Its a catch 22 really...unburnt fuel evaporates benzine and hydrocarbon into the atmosphere...burnt fuel releases carbon di-oxide carbon monoxide etc. 6 of 1...1/2 dozen of the other.

ive never had to pay for slap and tickle in my life before...there was no way i was paying for yours! i actually thought it was pretty funny but as the room was in Luke's name he was not as amused. Mick put new tensioner pulley stud and idler bolt on your engine...i have part numbers for the full kit including washers and nuts...its about $20 for the lot (a little bit more exy than a Stevo-salami-slashing-session)

Drag racing is as boring as bat shit...especially if your car is slow...but it would be fun to have a local strip where we could tear it up. I dont know how long the actual strip is but id say its not 3/4 of a mile long which is needed for proper 1/4 mile action. If you can run a 6 NZM.031 your doing very well.

its the small one that goes through the inner guard near the brake line to the passenger side front brakes. Its lower than the ABS down near the chassis rail

is the passenger side wheel speed sensor plugged in...its down near where you were working. This item not plugged in will disable the hicas.

x2 and you can forget about the water lines above the manifolds going on...no way. Go -6 braided...ring me if you need help with anything.
