If drift isnt on the cards, then the organisers havent done their home work. Mallala may be contracted to DA but that wouldnt stop the organisers starting their own state round like G1, and holding drift prac nights and what not, The demand is there and they would be silly not to take in account of the large drift scene in Adelaide. drift cars are not going to be any noiser then other planned cars on the track... if theres a drag strip ui can tell you no drift car on the face of the earth is going to come close to making the same noise as a top fuel drag car lol. -
and also, driving offboost sedately for 5 mins before parking, will cool the whole lot down much faster then it would just sitting there idling

i for one hate idling in the sheds.. drives me f**king mad and gives me a head ache after a session, we usually idle at the start line for a bit, then get sent into the pits, so on the drive back its no boost and thats the cool down period. by the time i get to the shed its ready to switch off. only exception to that was the 40 degree day at lala, i gave it a while longer to cool down

I use Streeter (Jesse Streeter) who's active on ns.com for all my parts... he's awesome to deal with and works out all the costs involved, his commission is sweet f**k all really. i bought some work XD9's, locally a few shops had them and wanted 2200 up to 2500 i ended up getting mine for 1700 nd that was sent via air freight and rocked up 3 days after it left japan, i would have got them for 1400 if i had them sent via boat. his email is Jesse Streeter [email protected] if you're after a quote. He has a 100% rating and i dont think anyone anywhere in the world has a bad thing to say about him.

I hate TT's i really do, ive had turbo cars for years and never had a turbo failure.. its not hard to do, just drive normally and sedately for the last 5 mins before you arrive at your destination and you'll be fine. TT's make your car easier to steal, having the ignition wires right behind the device.

stock afm will max around 220 rwkw with that turbo, and the supporting mods, i would suggest 240 ish rwkw, but should be responsive too. is it the P25?

There is no reason why this couldn't be a street driven car... i drove it around for 3 months every day as my daily but i got sick of the bucket seat. If i had a stock seat i prob would have kept driving it in comfort -Lots of time and effort has gone into the suspension set up in it, its a highly competitive car on the track, but regardless, its well set up to have fun, just hop in and drive it! -Dont be put off by the fact that this car has been driven hard, its built tough and tuned even tougher! After a 34 4 door with mods, if you think you have something suitable pm me. Price is Negotiable. I am after 18K as the car is atm, However In the next few weeks i will take the turbo off and put a good condition RB25 stock turbo on, which will then be retuned to get the 220 rwkw i was on before the turbo upgrade. I would take $15K for the car with stock turbo, 220 rwkw, a generic 3 inch jap exhaust, some other 17 inch wheels (not the XD9's) and stock cams and cam gears. Pm me to work out a deal! heres a pic, no rear bar on ATM, but you get the general idea. Will be doing a nice photo shoot once bar is on and car is all cleaned up.

BHDave explained it in the post above mine. the 3071r will support the power your after easily, why go with a 3076r and make the same power but more lag...

No mine has the .71AR rear housing. full boost at around 3500 rpm. sure its a cropped turbo, but my results and findings have been in several threads now... its a good turbo if i were to do it all again i'd go a proper 3071 hands down.

that appears to be the exact same turbo that i got from GCG. if thats the case then you'll expect excellent performance from it, its not laggy at all and can make the numbers! Mine is making 280 rwkw atm on 17 psi

first of all, the new plugs aree gapped to 1.1 mm. chances are your coil packs are dicky and so it will missfire. 2nd of all... a NA s13 fuel pump?? wtf change that shit asap.

I need the above parts, am after a complete GTR front bar, with lip, color and paint quality not crucial but bar must not be massively damaged. need a LHS R32 GTST headlight, sidelight (clear indicator if possible) front guard. am in SA, pm or reply back with what you got.

when i said the KKR430 looked similar i didnt mean the physical size of it, im talking about inducer/exducer size, A/R's etc etc

i never said i bought one, i did say that the specs look very similar to the KKR 430. a turbo may be just a compressor, but theres sure a lot of things to get right in order for it to work well...
