mine going for a back to back comparison between the GT3076 and GTX version... nothing else has been changed on it. same rear housing size. will be interesting to see what it does on the same dyno. im keen to see boost/spool differences and torque difference. thursday i'll have results
drop a stock 25 in there with mods... tuned correctly it will return years of service at 280 rwkw with no problems PROVIDED your bolt ons are up to the task
yeah the TPS's are interchangeable.. i put a 33 TB on my neo manifold, neo TPS fits straight on. i do like the neo intake manifold tho..the runners are a lot better shape then the 33 one. but both do the same job really lol
had this exact same thing happen before... O2 sensor wirings have 12V power and signal wires/ground going to ecu... if you short them together it WILL fry the ecu.
lucky for me i fried an injector driver for cyln 5 on the circuit board so it still ran on 5 cylns... i was able to un solder the fried driver and replace it.
i reckon its still possible to do it with the neo intake plenumn..coolant temp sensor can be swapped.. aac valves still operate as a 12V solenoid. throttle body can be swapped for an R33 one. etc
update: Garage7 repaired my BC coilover and Hoey are regassing it for me.. with some luck i'll have it in next few days.
started mounting my air vent... as typical i cut the hole too f**king big oh well this front bar has a limited life span anyway... my painter cant paint it before matsuri so i rattle canned it lol.
blocks the same.. you will be better off using the silvertop head on the redtop block and using all the silvertop ECU loom and gear, dont even waste your time swapping valvetrain parts into the redtop head.
are you capeable of doing the work yourself? do you have the tools to measure clearances etc? if no then just pay someone to do the machining and assembly of the motor. regardless of the bore condition i would certail go for a rebore to the next size up. start fresh to give the rings a chance to bed correctly.
they look like this
and they go on the thread of the tie rod.. they allow the rack to travel more.
if your tie rods are worn just buy some of these instead.. built in spacers and have a longer thread.
long story short. i need to put new oil in on of my BC ER coilovers (external resivoir type) any idea as to how much oil it would take? i doubt i;'d be able to fill it to the brim.. nor would it be wise to.
and before anyone asks... no i cant ask BC. they rather sell a whole new one or have me send to them to be charged a lot of money to rebuild it.
its possible that the earlier model RB20 (cefiro type) has different designed lifters then that of an R32.
it all sounds like they wuill work fine in your application tho. as long as they are bled up and arent seized
