  1. I'm in at this stage... Have we got an address for the place?
  2. Last two posts are correct. It's a sticker reminding you to change your timing belt when you hit 100,000kms.
  3. It's pretty bad But the important thing is everyone will be okay (hopefully)... It's only a car and it can be replaced. http://www.andrewho.com/misc/smash.jpg
  4. Holy shit I feel like I've just been hit by a Mack Truck. It's 3:30am, and I just got home... I was out driving with one of my chickies after we went to dinner at Crows Nest... I thought I'd give the car a bit to show off so I turned up the boost to 1.2 bar and nailed it down Pacific Hwy... I was going about 120-130km/h when we rounded this corner and I flew past a cop car travelling the speed limit... He immediately flicked on his siren, flashing lights and started to give chase... I knew he'd have absolutely zero chance of catching me, so I dropped it a gear and nailed it... He disappeared in my rear view mirrior like a GTS-t vs. GTR... But by this stage, I had wound our 3rd gear, and was going about 180km/h which is pretty quick on those moderately windy Pacific Hwy roads... As I exited a corner, I got on the gas a little early and the rear end stepped out. I lifted off slightly and corrected, but the turbo completely came off boost and the rear end snapped back around and spun the car... I hit a telegraph pole sideways with the rear quarter of the car on the passenger side... The car ripped in two along the rear seats and my friend is now in hospital... They moved her out of Intesive Care an hour ago, and I think she'll be okay... THANK GOD. Needless to say, the cops finally caught upto us and he told me to goto the hospital and he'll be coming around to talk to me tomorrow... He also added that I shouldn't be looking to drive for the next 5 years  God, I feel so ****ing stupid. I'm going to try and get some sleep. I managed to take a photo of the car before the Ambulance arrived... I'll attach it in the next post.
  5. With a butt that size, it's a bit hard to film without having half the frame taken up by your buttcheeks
  6. Are you going to be bringing planks of wood for cars to get onto the ferry? I can guarantee you that there are quite a few cars on this forum that will not make it onto the ferry without cracking something.
  7. Yes, they know skylines, but I doubt they'd be willing to say "it'll cost $xxx", they'll most likely get you to drop by so they can have a look. I'm sure they'll be able to give you a ballpark figure though...
  8. Uh oh... MISGSR?
  9. SkylineMannen: I have sent Ray an email pointing him to this thread...
  10. I had a bad experience with Matt Porritt, a distributor of Ray's parts, and when I voiced my concerns, Ray Mullany stepped in and promptly rectified the matter in a professional and honest manner... To re-iterate, I have had one experience in dealing with Ray Mullany, and it has been a pleasant one.
  11. Any of the metal workers I guess... Mick's Metalcraft, Performance Metalcraft, Plasmaman Intercoolers, etc etc... I need to get one made as well... Custom oil catch can/Washer bottle in one unit...
  12. Yup, sure is.... About $250 all up, I towed it straight to C&V Performance after the drags, I had the car back by midday the next day
  13. What.... the... hell.... did you guys talk about last night?!?!
  14. Join the club I have one sitting on my mantlepiece
  15. Dunno what nissan carZ are, but they seem to make a couple of good products for nissan cars
  16. It's pretty simple. Firstly, DO NOT SPEED OR BREAK ANY LAWS. Change lanes and then slow down to let them pass... If they change lanes to follow you and resume tailgating, change lanes again. If they do it one more time, pull over to the side of the road. If they pull over after you, ask for their badge numbers and file a Police Harassment report on them. Don't be afraid to do this. It's what it's there for.

  20. R33NT: has any bike rider ever scratched your car whilst lane splitting?
  21. 140km/h is a bit quick to keep up for a sustained period of time on the M4... You're bound to grab a police officer's attention... I usually find that in my skyline, anything over the posted speed limit draws glances from police cars, but in my parent's mercs, I can go upto 10-15km/h over for sustained periods without even a sidways glance from any passing police cars. What do you reckon? Harassment? Anyway, yeah... sounds like you were lucky and were let off... 40km/h over is a serious offence these days...
