  1. Hope Toretto will be driving it, Brian Earl Spillner can't drive for shit.
  2. nice work so far keep the updates coming, i'm keen to see the results of this.
  3. i'd be more worried about what your insurance company will do if it's not engineered with an RB25. Yellow sticker is nothing compared to writing off your 32 and someone elses benz and then your insurance company says "nup" when you make a claim.
  4. woo just woke from a sleep under the desk. I'm working in Mongolia. Mining laboratory. 7 bucks a bottle is actually the expensive stuff, can pick vodka up for like 4 bucks but its pretty nasty.
  5. wahahaha, i'd give one of my testicles for a berocca
  6. In Mongolia..... 1 bottle of vodka = $7 1 can of Red Bull = $0.50 1 Packet of Ciggys = $1 My bar bill last night = $44 (figure that one out) Get to Bed = 3am Start work = 8am Hangover Ranking = Priceless
  7. http://www.chrismillsperformance.com/index...t&Itemid=30 This should do ya
  8. I'd be keen for your R32 rims with Micky Ts if you want to sell them at some stage.
  9. I have been on circuits all over Australia with R32/33/34's since 1990 and I have not been beaten once, not one single time, not ever by a Supra. We raced a Supra for 3 years, developed it as much as we could and the R32GTR was 5 seconds a lap faster than it's best, on the GTR's first day out. Cheers Gary sums it all up nicely
  10. Hmmm very tempting, will be running in my new stroker motor about this time (if all goes to plan) do you you suppose this event will be abit to hard on a new engine? Some people believe you should be a bit nasty on the run in anyway.
  11. More power
  12. everything above + electric BOV's for your NA
  13. how about a step by step 'how too' that can be stickied in the "Ricer" section. Save people having to ask all the time.
  14. Not really comparing apples with apples because i brought my Tomei stroker kit second hand, although it was unused. But my kit also came with Tomei / ARP2000 rod bolts and also spacers for the oil squirters. I would think these should have been included with your kit, the squirter spacers any way. I also had my crank grub screwed, something for you to think about. Cheers
  15. Awesome looking Sump
  16. i'm in Mongolia at the moment, pretty remote, well from my GTR anyway. No red dirt but plenty of white snow. - 25 during the day, -35 at night. Awesome turbo weather, reckon i could run double the boost here just on improved inlet temps. That would make for sik heli on the iced up roads. lol. Best part is most of the drilling is shut down for the winter so i don't have alot to do.
  17. i'm gonna try the Gizzmo shift light, rev limiter and launch controller system. should do basically the same as a PFC pro
  18. Where do people keep getting these ideas about drive train losses being a percent? Example: my GTT is making 1000kw at the fly wheel and you say i'm losing 30%. That gives me 700kw at the wheels. 300kw loss through the drive train. That would mean your 335kw GTT motor wouldn't be able to turn the back wheels on my GTT because all your power is being consumed by my drive train. But the drive train is identical. Your GTT lost 85kw My GTT lost 300kw how do you explain that?? Drive train loses are NOT calculated by pertanges. If the HSV lost 75kw and it's a manual and your GTT is a manual, same size wheels, blah blah blah, you will lose about 75kw. Or better still if someone is saying that a 206kw GTT mays 150kw at the wheels (56kw loss), guess what, your 335kw will lose about 56kw.
  19. dude, there is an Autech on J Spec imports for under 30K. That would save the trouble and probably some money.
  20. i have an R32 GTR so i'll recommend them. All depends on what you want to do with the car. All 3 will make good stock streeters, so if thats all you want to do then you can't go wrong. If you want to start modifing or racing then that narrows your choice down to just the R32 imo. The Z32 is a damn sexy car but the targa roof option will let it down when i comes to handling. Any car with that much roof missing is going to suffer chassis flex, something we all spend buckets of money trying to reduce. It's also expensive to mod the engine from what i've heard. The R32 GTR on the other hand is a great streeter, can hold it's own at the drags and we all no how they decimate all at the circuit. Bit of a jack of all trades.
