ZZzzz not sure why my fb links are always broken. Anyway just a small update doing a xenon projector retrofit atm. Purchases some 2nd hand lights 1st time baking in oven not great lol 2nd time much better: Xennon kit has come through: End product in a few weeks something like this without the red: -
yes can claim no law that says you cant claim car modifications. Whether it is deductible or depreciated is another issue

What brand components was the retro fit? Big difference to installing a hid system to exisitng system and installing a proper retrofit kit

Lol really? The butchered headlights from compliance is really bad. Lighting is really poor at night. And on roads trips felt a bit dangerous without always using high beams Compared to driving the wifes car with xennons its a massive difference

Intradastng That clears it up. Just thought it was weird when i tried applying for a home loan my broker couldnt match my interest rate with the big fours when i went direct. Maybe just a crap broker.

Hamish a question since you work at the bank Do Banks offer mortgage brokers and public the same interest rate? The commission that mortgage brokers get is that seperate or built into a higher interest rate offered to a mortgage broker from the bank

Spose it depends if was a Part 9 or Part 10 insolvency or full bankruptancy In any case it should stay on the credit history and just mean muchharder to get a loan and should get higher interest rates

So what power does a stock Golf R make? And what power does one with a tune, exhaust and cooler make and cost? Damn so many golfs on the street these days they will just cream me i spose lol Ive been in a launched Golf R and it was quick from a launch but died down afterwards

With a ATR45 internal wastegate, 3 inch JJR dump stock cat decatted, stock airbox and snorkel. I think 22 psi bleading down to 19psi About 320rwkw 98 and 355rwkw on e85 roller dyno 380rwkw e85 on hub dyno. In the coming weeks ill be changing to this style setup: Just want to clean up the piping and run a 4inch POD in an enclosed box with upper and lower intakes like this: Less piping parts for me means less chances of piping coming off at the track which seems to happen a bit even with a bunch a norma constant tension clamps. Any extra power or transient response gained will just be a bonus. It was noted at racepace that i should fix my current cooler pipe and airbox setup. FYI on Trent's dyno there was a 10rwkw loss with the arbox lid off. -
Pretty sure the U bend and connecting long pipe is. the rest of the piping is either 2.5 to 3 inches Would need to check to be sure though

This is my return flow setup: In saying that i will be going to a custom piping setup in the next month. Just to make it cleaner less pipes and to fit a 4inch pod

Nice been eager on results. 200rwkw by 4,000rpm is unheard of in a 35xx turbo. normally ud see that in a gtx3071/3076 Pat aka Rekin should also have results from a Gen 2 GTX3071 internal gate on a Rb25neo in the coming months

No idea sorry, some people have massive restrictions but then there is also Greg who runs one with 400rwkw My exhaust is a 3inch just jump dump, decat and some jap brand 3 to 3.5 inch cat back

Interesting I got the 1st Gen ATR45's And i got all 3 of your "issues" -Stock Intake with highflow filter (This is a problem) -Blitz Return Flow (This is a problem) -Stock coils (Potential problem) Difference is my cooler is a normal FMIC but with return flow piping. Made 380rwkw on Trent's dyno and ~355 rwkw on racepace dyno. From memory mine was about 23psi bleeding down to 18~19 or something
