I agree, this whole situation has been a complete and utter screw up (that I will point out was NOT intentional, I have lost a lot of money personally out of this). I also agree my communication to hanyou has been pretty sh!thouse, but as I explained to you that more often than not I cant answer my phone when you call. I also havent gotten anything from you in the form of messages/calls/voicemails since you stated earlier this week it would be the last time you try to follow it up, and I didnt really think that it warranted a response as I had already told you what I was doing (until your call 20 minutes or so ago, which one again, I couldnt answer - as I have told you). As for the refund, it was a legitimate f*ck up... why would I deliberately transfer $600 to someone elses account? Either way I have gone through the recovery process to get it back and put in your account which they are doing, but have advised could take 5 working days (so would be completed as late as Monday next week). As a good will gesture I have just transferred $300 out of my pockets into your account and emailed you a screen shot confirming this (with the extra digit in the account number this time - i also sent you a sms), as well as you will be receiving the $600 by COB Monday (and you can just refund me the $300 difference once its all confirmed). If I was intentionally trying to rip you off I wouldnt be putting more money into the account, I wouldnt have given you my real name or phone number, and I sure as hell wouldnt have done it on SAU where too many people know me. Im not blaming you for any of this and I understand how frustrated you must be, I dont even care about this thread because honestly if the situation was reversed I would have done exactly the same thing. I am also trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible for both of us because it makes me feel like an asshole, and I apologise for the lack of communication however I have explained why there are difficulties in getting in contact with me, but I do eventually get back to you. EDIT: This is also the first chance I have had to actually sit down and read this thread and respond to it. Yes I logged on the other day but I got to read about 2 words and had to leave and this is the first chance I have had to read it and reply.

In my cleaning spree I came across these coil overs I forgot I owned. I was going to use them in my GTR but managed to pick up some HKS drag spec stuff which would suit my car better due to its now lack of cornering abilities. They have done approx 500km's in a Canberra based GTR and not been used since, and are in very good/as new condition. I went in said GTR when they were installed in it and it rode very nicely. Looking for $600 which is what I paid for them.

I have an exhaust manifold with a T4 flange to suit an RB26. It was used to put a T04Z on my car, but the T04Z now resides on a Supra and I bought a complete turbo kit from the land of the rising sun, so I really dont have a use for this manifold anymore. Its a SS Autochrome manifold (I think thats what it was called) that was bought off eBay but it isnt one of the cheapies, and is nice and thick where it joins to the motor. Its chrome and still has plenty of bling factor left in it. I paid $400 for it, but because its sitting in my garage of no use to me, it can be someones for the lowly price of $150.

Got some Pioneer car audio stuff for sale, was all bought brand new late last year from BDL. Item number 1 up for sale is a pair of Pioneer TS-E1695 16cm 3 way speakers rated at 220w max. They boast a 3D magnesium hybrid cone as well as a titanium midrange... whatever that means They have been taken out of the box to look at but never used. RRP is $189.00, will let them go for $100. Item number 2 up for sale is a Pioneer TS-W306C 30cm (12") subwoofer rated at max musical power of 1000W, nominal musical power of 400W, and if for some extremely wierd reason you want to use it for non musical purposes, unfortunately I cant help you out with the rated power as it doesnt specify. This subwoofer doesnt boast a 3D magnesium hybrid cone or a titanium midrange, but it does have a Aramid Fiber injection molded cone. This has been used for about 2 days to try and make my Rav4 fully sik, but it just didnt seem to pull the amount of chicks I was after so it has since been retired (whoever told me doof doof would get me chicks in a Rav 4 was wrong...). RRP on this is $189.00 as well, but will let it go for $120 as it comes in a nice carpeted box. Item number 3 up for sale is a Pioneer GM-5100T bridgeable 2 channel amplifier. It doesnt boast a megnesium or aramid fiber cone, as amplifiers dont have cones... so nothing really fancy I can say about it there. It is however rated at 250W x 2 or 760W x 1 bridged and provided enough thumping power to power the above mentioned sub to make me look like an absolute tool cruising for chickies in my Rav 4. RRP is $419.00 but will let it go for $300. If someone wants to buy the whole lot, I will do a special price of $470.00 so you are saving $50 over buying it individually. Give your car the sikness it deserves and me some cash to go and piss up the wall tomorrow night and write myself off again on Bacardi 151, you know you want too.

Seems like the old school SAU'ers are moving to aussie built cars (looks at the VZ Clubsport sitting in his garage). I agree with you though, both the newer Ford's/FPV's and Holdens/HSV's are nice cars and now that they actually have decent performance and reasonable handling, can take it to most of the JDM imports. I was actually quite stunned when the Clubby put down a GTR not once, not twice, but three times a few months ago.

Couldnt agree more. Why should others have to wait for their money due to your lack of ability to abide by the law, and then use it as an excuse to dodge making the repayments for a few more weeks? Your whole attitude in this thread stinks and for the simple fact that you cant sympathise with people, only attack them further compounds the fact that it looks like you pulled a scam. You also claim that you are still awaiting a refund from MoP. Instead of just whinging how about you actually follow it up, serve them with statutory demand for money and if they still havent paid within 21 days you can then invoke a winding up order against the company and forcefully get your money out of them... but thats assuming you are telling the truth, which it highly looks like you are not. To those that are awaiting money I would give E+D until the end of the week to produce either a refund or a copy of the statutory demand served against MoP (assuming that MoP are the people at fault like E+D claim). If neither of these are produced, get as many personal details as you possibly can (by legal means) and make a quick visit to the police station. Or, if someone wanted to step up, file a claim with the small claims court to get the whole money refunded. To E+D: It might only be $25, but it is still money that someone has worked to get that they could use for other things and the principle of this whole situation. If $25 isnt such a big deal to you, why are you having such a hard time refunding it? And what gives you the right to tell people what they can and cant do? Dont even try and pull your "wah wah wah im trying, im the victim here" story with me, grow the hell up and maybe you will realise people are making legal threats because you have given them no other options and every other attempt to recover the money has thus far failed. If it were me personally involved in this, I would see you legally screwed over in a second and not even think twice about it. You dropped the ball on this one, you deserve everything that has been said and done in this thread, and probably a whole lot worse.

Seems like I have another two spare tickets for the Senna stand. Its the full weekend pass (4 days thurs -> sun) in allocated seating with view of the last two corners and down the straight. It also conveniantly has a bar located right behind it. Cost me $1000, willing to let both go for $500 should an SAU member be interested.

You might be pushing it as I assume there will be large demand for cabs and probably large lines for the tram when it finishes. If youre interested, I have two spare tickets for the Senna grandstand (one of which has been claimed by Beer Baron) which I am willing to sell at below 50% original purchase price to get rid of it.

I have one brand new Trust type M intercooler kit to suit R32 GTST. Kit is brand new and has never been used and the box has only been opened to verify contents. The kit includes the intercooler, aluminium piping plus all hose clamps and is a straight bolt on kit. Looking for $450 + postage (which would be around $30-40 I guess going by size of the box).

Not at launch, it was bought last year and is a '2nd generation' unit with the Hitachi DVD in it (and as such doesnt have the heat issues etc).
