  1. Went past last night and it was still closed
  2. Still making homo jokes Beau? Bit jealous maybe?
  3. Haha well since we will both be down there, how about we have our own pizza night down there Andrew? The kicker is we will have the best SAU member to ever grace these forums as well... the fabled Aurora!
  4. Ill be down in the Senna stand this year
  5. Streetscene would have enough tables+chairs to accomodate a pretty large croud seated outside, but I dare say you would have to call them and see if you can book it. And im with Beau, 18" pizzas for the win. Either way I wont be able to make it, as ill be down at the F1 in Melbourne yayayaya
  6. The newest piece of the puzzle involved in my "radiator replacement"...
  7. Diff Doctor in Fyshwick does awesome work and reasonable pricing too.
  8. The original Nissan build plate is blue (most cars have these on them still, some have them removed). The green plate is the old compliancing scheme (pre 2005 I think?) The purpley-pink sticker or plate is the new SEVS compliancing scheme.
  9. Hey I made an appearance last week... I just had a dodgy wog in the passanger seat who I didnt want to let loose so just cruised past
  10. I might make an appearance
  11. Youre a hoon Leigh, we all know it
  12. After talking with a few people inside Nissan Australia, they got word from Nissan Japan that manufacturing would resume towards the end of 2006. Its now getting well into 2007 and it still hasnt started, and theres now no confirmation coming out of Japan that manufacturing will indeed restart. Even if it does, the list of pre-orders is well into the thousands so you would be in for a long wait if it does come back into production. So being realistic... I dont think you will ever be able to purchase a new one again
  13. Yep, I was looking for an N1 block for a few months. None left in Australia anywhere, theyre on back order in Japan and manufacturing of them still hasnt restarted (and probably never will) so youre going to be extremely hard pressed to find one. I ended up re-using my standard (I prefer the word 'seasoned') R32 block and the engine builder got Darton to make some custom sleeves for it to add strength to the bore. Its being used with a JUN 2.7L stroker and will be holding quite a large amount of power.
  14. Your shit out of luck, all the fireworks stores are closed year round except for the queens birthday long weekend (they will open for you through the rest of the year, but have a permit handy).
  15. If its anything like the R32 GTR's (which I hughly suspect it is) you needed a 15T press because the bearings not meant to come out of the hub/carrier (hence why Nissan ass rape you $600 for the whole new unit)
  16. If its anything like the R32 GTR's (which I would say it would be as alot of stuff carried over to the R33 GTS25t's) then you cant just change the bearing you need to change the whole carrier hub thingy as well. I replaced mine two years ago and the parts were ~$400 each from Nissan. EDIT: Actually I just found the receipt, it was a tad under $600 for each unit from Nissan. It could be done at home, but its a bit of a pain in the ass job.
  17. If you go the D-Jetro route you will have difficulty finding someone to tune it as its alot more labour intensive to do the mappings. Its also alot harder to get the idle and deceleration parts right. Just get a standard one and run Z32 or RB20/25 AFM's.
  18. Its that reliable is it?
  19. Sold... pending payment this afternoon.
  20. Give me a call Phil, im sure we can work something out
  21. CVV - Card Verification Value code
  22. Your work is breaking the law if they are keeping those 3 numbers on record P.S: Those three numbers are also referred to as the CVV or CVV2 numbers.
  23. Need to sell these ASAP, will do them for $500 if someone picks them up tomorrow. You cant argue with that price, they are basically brand new! (Didnt even do 5000kms). Someone must want a set of these for their GTR. They are the best money spent on mods imho after youve done all the obvious stuff (turbos, exhaust, ecu etc).
  24. I see this car every time I fill up with fuel, its at my local servo. I had a quick look at it tonight, it looks pretty rough/neglected on the outside. No idea what condition the motor is in though as I could only have a real quick glance at it.
