  1. when an lsd locks the axels spin at the same speed hence the word locked, with a two way the also lock when you back off, how aggressively they lock depends on how tight you adjust it to.
  2. $50 including post for the climate control? if so i will take it! the coils should fit, factory 33gtr coils fit an rb25, im running them now, cant see why these wouldnt.
  3. My car was meant to have a full 3" system, on closer inspection it had the standard front dump, 3" dump, standard cat and 3" cat back, no idea why ppl would do it, its just a waste of money! dont gut your cat you made need it in the future, just put it aside for when you may need it. The cat you get depends on how much power you want, i have a jjr xforce, was fine for 200rwkw but now im looking at pushing it to 300rwkw its time for a new one.
  4. The pipe is a bend, there is only 1-2" either end including the part where the hose clamp goes that does not have the metal pipe inside it.
  5. LOL, thanks, my daily is the EB model fairlane!
  6. 3" its the smaller .5 front instead of the .7
  7. Best factory horns i have heard are EB falcon, loud and obnoxious.
  8. Any one have an idea or pictures of an intake pipe for 3540 in the factory location for an R33? I will be running an air box, atm the only idea i have is to use 2 standard pipes cut down so they are 3" at both ends and have a 3" pipe inside to stop it from sucking closed.
  9. He clearly does not want a screamer pipe, he just wants raised voice pipe!
  10. would you seperate the cam covers and coil cover, if so how much posted to 3200.
  11. judging by the lay out of the specs they look like ebay turbo's.
  12. What suburb are you in, melbourne is a big place.
  13. When you fill out the form it states that you are filling out a statutory declaration and if false the fine is $6000, after many fingers they will start looking into it
  14. thicker oil might help it not be sucked out the vent tube as easy but since it is thicker and flows slower it would take longer to get back to the sump so it would make that problem worse, the only way to fix the problem is head off and do all the fixes, revving it less would also help or fitting a standard oil pump.
  15. so many different answers? i only hear the one set of answers, the cause, from what i have read, has nothing to do with sump pressure, its purely because at WOT for extended periods of time will empty the sump into the head due to a lack of drainage back to the sump, obviously with that much oil in the head and a vent drawing air out from that area it is obvious that it will draw oil out with it. 2 litres is too much to over fill it, from what i have read for general street with a bit of "spirited" driving an extra 500ml and for track days an extra litre.
  16. Is this a street car or a track/drift/drag car? If its only a street car then your probably better of putting the standard oil pump back on, that should fix your problem.
  17. they are back but as soon as you take your mouse off them they go away so all good.
  18. This could be legit, over the years i have seen a few people selling form letters, all you do is put you details and offence details in a pre typed letter, print it out and send it to vic roads/cops/civic compliance, some work and some dont, the ones that work well get used a lot and get shut down pretty quickly.
  19. Do you still have the climate control unit and the drivers side A pillar plastic? If so how much posted to 3200.
  20. so confident that he wont get caught that he has posted his ISP email address, that makes him nice and easy to find if any one decides to investigate.
  21. The only way i know of how to tell where it came from is it will be marked in the bottom right hand corner of your post, the post could be 5 years old but people can still give a + or - on it.
  22. Probably more compared for price, capacity and stock power, also in the nissan V toyota stakes its the closest you will get to the same stock engine.
  23. You would probably be better off buying an electronic boost controller for that sort of level, will give you more control.
  24. It looks like an OEM part because it is an OEM part, it is normally on the inside of that hole and is bell mouthed, some has just straightened the bell mouth, only two uses are if someone has moved the AFM into the cooler piping or is running a MAP sensor instead of an AFM, in a normal set up thats where the AFM bolts to.
