+1 You need a decent fmic or a bigger side mount, also what are your plug gaps, at that boost level should be 0.8 or 0.9mm

I have the same as you have now, one piece from turbo to cat with a seperate wastegate pipe, the seperate wastegate pipe is a good thing, with an internal gate the release from the wastegate cause's turbulance and slows the flow, having it join further along the pipe limits the amount of turbulance you get.

Just out of curiousty, was any of these customer parts covered by the shops insurance, have heard previous cases of this happening and the customer had to wear the cost of it.

i believe stock plugs are 1.1. Also i believe that the more mods you do the smaller the gap should be, hence why most people go from 1.1mm to 0.8mm.

if your only running standard boost (0.5bar = 7psi) then 1.1 is fine, 0.8bar and over would be a gap of .8.
