  1. Check this out: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/At...ti-t319706.html I've never seen some thing more responsive.
  2. No I'm not hard of reading. (you mean reading hard?) Well if some one pull on front of me for a drag. All I would care is if I can beat him or not. I don't think I would be focusing on the speedo when my peddle is floored. Winners tell loosers that they have better setups.
  3. 370rwkws with 3076 .82 On stock RB25det with 98 fuel? what boost?
  4. lol already bored with the 3076? should've kept your old turbo and get a set of cam gears . Well. I'm making 321rwkws out of it (hypergear build 3582 in .82 housing) at moment. I'm seeing full boost on 4300RPM, not much on 1st and low 2nd. but 4000rpm+ on 2nd, 3rd, 4th it flys. Need to get more traction. and you need some thing bigger then .63 to work with a GT3076 core. But should be good enough for about 270rwkws mark if you can hold boost.
  5. You need to tune the car after installing the AFM to cooler piping. Also where did you install it? if its directly above the turbo then you need to make sure its not getting cooked.
  6. Car retuned today at Dr drift, Roller dyno. 321rwkws/430rwhp @22psi. ATR43G3 aka ATR45 powered RB25det R33. 4th Gear
  7. Normally formula would be: 100% HP rating from first turbo + 70% HP rating from 2nd turbo = Over all HP rating as twin. So 450HP + 315HP = 765HP engine or about 450KWAW
  8. might be missing couple of blades on the wheels? time to get it high flowed.
  9. Just noticed your said the boost dropped to 12 psi "immediately" usually boost drops slowly as back pressure increases gradually. This "immediate" drop might be a EBC related thing. Get Stao to bring one of his manual boost controllers and test it out.
  10. I thought Stao is coming to see you in person next week. can you post your boost curve? Boost drop unless vacuum leak will not cause engine to break down.
  11. Well I've noticed mine stock intake pipe twists under high boost with a bigger turbo (ATR43G4). It twisted and stood up like a rattle snake with AFM and filter removed. I have my afm in between cooler piping. Then shut and car breaks down. ended up tuning with no intake pipe or filter. worked heaps better.
  12. Here's every thing you need to know about high flow: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Hy...ce-t261613.html Hyperger's standard high flow cost $960 with oil line, and PU high flows (Brand new .82 turbine housing, CHRA, big can actautor, oil line) for $1320. Lots of different combinations for specific performance needs. Garrett BB CHRA is optional. I think they currently holds the highest HP out put (290rwkws ) with high flowed units. Ring Stao and discuss what you need, very nice guy to deal with.
  13. made one my self. here you go. lol. Car's running Tomei 256 8.5 in and out with cam gears.
  14. Ratio seems to be 1KMH : 37RPM
  15. put my ATR43G4 graph with worked head in http://digi-hardware.com/images/dynosheets...wkwsrb25det.jpg
  16. Check to make sure its getting direct boost source. If they've modified your stock wastegate actuator braket then all you need to do is losen up 2x screws that is holding it and play with the fitting angle I got mine setting on 12psi without controller, and the max my stock actuator could hold was 16psi.
  17. Stock RB25's got M18x.15 for water and M12x1.25 for oil. SR's got 7/16 UNF for oil and M14x1.5 for water.
  18. Hi Harey: I tried the big can actuator on OP6 housing. Didn't work. need larger turbine housing.
  19. Got a photo of the turbo and gate bro?
  20. Its a GT3582 sleeve bearing turbo with .82 turbine housing externally gated.
  21. For a cheap reliable turbo I'll be voting for Hypergear too. Mine's pulling 300rwkws full boost at 4500RPM and I thrash the crap out of it every day no problem at all. Plus all your stock lines, manifold and dump bolts up.
  22. EPAed. lol. would you have a internal gated turbine housing for my turbo?
  23. Its currently running a RB25de cam gear with out the VCT. The $1000 was including the turbo, installation, all the bits for it and dyno time. I don't think Stao would offer some thing like that unless he wants some one to guinea cop his new turbos . After a set of spark plugs she's running pretty smooth. I'm considering to rise 3 more psi and see what she gets. Stao will you pay for my dyno time ?
  24. Hi every one. This is my result today with a HyperGears ATR43G4 600HP turbo externally gated on a stock RB25det. Its got a .82 turbine housing running a .70 Comp cover with anti surge slots. Turbo's not brand new I've been told it came off LOWRB's KKR high flow setup, now running a Hypergear's .82 ATR43 turbine housing with RB25's OEM bolt on dump pattern. Modifications needed for installing: It needed 1x 20mms spacers to space out the comp housing from manifold. The inner water line had to be bend as turbine housing was in the way. Turbo's got a 4inch mouth, which I relocated the Z32 AFM between cooler piping and bolted on a 4inch 45 degrees elbow pipe to a Pod filter. My car's a 94 model R33 S1. Its got: 850cc high flowed injectors from Created Ebay cooler kit Tomei 260 Duration by 8.5mm lift Cams 3inch exhaust with metal cat. Tail 38mm external gate vented to atmosphere (drilled on top of stock manifold) Z32 AFM Z32 ECU with nistune chip and modified loom This car has previously tuned on HyperGear's high flowed turbo at 240rwkws. Now. 301rwkws / 403rwhp on 18psi full boost at 4500RPM . Car’s feels very strong on road and goes crazy after 4500RPM . Turbo, installation, and dyno tune costed me a total of $1000. Big Thanks to Nick at Phase autos and Stao from Hypergear.
