Did you search at all?
Remove tierod ends from hubs, remove the rack, loop power steering lines, swap tierods from old rack to lockbar, install lockbar.
If you really want to you can remove the fluid lines all the way to the front and remove the solenoid in the engine bay, then just loop the fluid lines at the front (I'm using the extra lines to run a cooler). I didn't remove all of this crap to begin with, I waited until the next time I had the engine out.
