  1. White M35 250T RS this morning on Frankston-Cranbourne Rd at 9:20. I was headed the other way (towards Frankston) bit no reaction when I tooted (except for the RX370 Lexus driver beside me who must've thought I was whinging about their driving).
  2. Bonnet struts installed last night. So much more room when the bonnet is up now
  3. Review on Prestige Auto Center? Go to Northshore or Japlink Only real possible rust issue with M35 is with the drain holes just behind the front wheels as water can pool in there. Mirror rust is a C34 problem.
  4. I haven't played GT5 in aaages so I don't really have a bias to either, but looking at the Gallardo clip of Forza 4, how can you guys say that the physics engine is better than GT5? both left wheels on the grass whilst turning right at 100mph without the car getting unsettled? Realistic physics? Also for the amount of crashing he does, there is no more damage on the Gallardo at the end of the clip than there would be in GT5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=db6FY6RfOms btw, I really wanted GT5 to be more than it is and would love Forza 4 to be the perfect car game and make me get a 360, but I just don't see it.
  5. lol, nice try but as I've told you before I can control what I envision mentally... thankfully. Just because I think it, doesn't mean I see it. And before you say it, no I didn't and no I won't.
  6. Bingo
  7. Those would be some serious sized ass beads you are familiar with.
  8. Sounds interesting if it ever gets off past the "one off build" phase. Can't fit much in the back though... Where is a Stagea with GTR running gear?!?!?!?! Fkn mini SUV's... Damn you Toyota!
  9. fkn LOL @ Dale. Also LOL with Dale Very interested to see the sump mod Alex
  10. Didn't that only affect the mongoloids that didn't change their password from the hack earlier this year?
  11. LOL, you just can't help it can ya! Fair enough. The way that light is hitting it, the mesh almost looks like the silver version. Aero definitely lets more air through than the standard RS bumper, no doubt about it. Interested to see your replacement mesh
  12. Jealous
  13. Aero looks good black and without the foggies IMO! Not much of a fan of it normally. Mesh needs more black I reckon. A close up of how the stuff I got from Autobarn (I think it's Monza??) looks behind my front bar.
  14. Actually no, I wanted to see what we could get out of a plug and play ECU with stock fuelling.
  15. Why not? Nobody progresses if everybody copies the same first option. The 340lph pump sounds like better value for sure. Do you need it? Probably not now, but maybe in the future?.. and for an extra $30 might just be the better investment Will it fit? Only one way to find out
  16. Yep, as have I. DB Poweramp makes doing that really easy.
  17. Yeah, that's a series I want to watch. hmm... seems the best place is on Pay TV (SPEED) Aus GT Bathurst covered in 30mins on 7Mate? Man, takes me back to when Touring Cars were briefly covered on a late Sunday arvo with Sandy Roberts giving the breakdown.
  18. But where/when can we see these series on TV?
  19. VQ35 stock rods can cope with 6psi reliably and should make ~250-270rwkw (correct if mistaken Alex)
  20. Haha, we were the same! So many beautiful items!! Looking forward to where this ends up Alex (and what mods you do to the HKS piping and end up doing to fit the sump in particular).
  21. hmm.... they were doing a "Massive Oil Sale" on Tuesday down here, but not on 300v. Maybe they are saving it for the weekend?
  22. Yeah, take your headlights out (remove front bumper to do so) and look for a black plastic box that looks like it is attached to the grill side of the housing, if the plastic is a slightly different shade or if there is a hole. The box is the ballast for your Xenon's. If it is still there, look inside your headlights for a large silver plug (it has a mesh protecting the wiring). If you are lucky and still have that, you have your Xenon's in tact, just remove the halogen globe and wires and plug in a D2R globe
  23. Northshore complied my Stagea back when they used to leave the halogen's in there. Was driving around for a while with halogen lights, then decided to go back to the factory Xenon's. Northshore had left all the HID gear in there and all I had to do was remove the H4 globe, unclip the + and - wires (they use a clip so it was very easy), then put the globe in and plug it in (the Xenon wiring was tucked down in the headlight housing). Just saying, they don't have to butcher the factory Xenon's when installing halogen's.
  24. Ask for all the Xenon bits that come out to be returned to you, then install them after going through the pits? OR Have the guy rewire the lights as cleanly as possible, leave all the Xenon bits in there and give the globes to you. Return to factory spec when you have the car.
  25. lol... you were one once Dave.
