  1. As jase is probably about to say. Eat some cement and toughen up.
  2. We meet up in the ACT on a weekly basis. But we get out to the tracks and stuff too, only issue is due to the population in Canberra we cant hold a larger number of events as we just don't have the numbers.
  3. its paid.
  4. Got what he had coming to him. Pity someones car had to be totaled in the process. if he had gotten away with it he would have just done worse the next time.
  5. Tempting. that way it doesn't cost me anything If no one else wants to. i can do it. just means i have to wake up earlier

  9. No, the conversion is legal as you are retaining all the 1996 emissions regulation gear as that is all in the head and has nothing to do with the bottom end.
  10. Its free to download off of the BMW website its only ~180mb download.
  11. You could possibly look into the hyperdrive seats. http://www.hyperdrive.com.au/products.aspx?catid=
  12. The AVCR uses exactly the same control solenoid. As far as the over boosting is concerned, that's more likely a configuration issue.

  14. my car sits all of 300m away from Trojan and no one ever sees it
  15. The pro S version is just internally gated, so you do not need to run a manifold with an external waste gate and do not have the extra expense of the external waste gate itself. Other than that there is no difference between the two.
  16. I thought that was a Caltex? or is that further up?
  17. If you are running the factory BOV try blocking it off and see if the problem is still there, it is common for the GTS-T ones to leak up around those pressures but it shouldn't leak that badly.
  18. Normal operating temp is 80C, just get the standard it wont be of any real world benefit on a mainly street car.
  19. Cops rocked up last Friday and asked us to leave, some bogans decided it was a good idea to "rip some fully sik skids" on their way out. Edit: wewt first by less than 10 seconds :laughing-smiley-014:
  20. Mine is getting the 3L treatment. Its my daily driver and having been in a few VL/R31's even the SOHC 3L feels much less doughy at low rpm than the 2.5L. Cost wise i was originally going to build up my RB25, but for the ~1-2k extra you pay for the 3L (machining/modification of the R33 head to fit, external oil feed and so on) everything else i have done to the engine i would have done to the RB25 anyway.
  21. If you don't drive the car around much today is a good day to fill up before the price goes back up for the weekend.
  22. Mobil, and it does sell 98.
  23. Can you remap the stock GTR ecu? or screw the stock side pannels on the PFC and remove the hand controler if your running one?
