I've got one. Makes a slight humming noise but it's no big deal. I can't hear it much with my exhaust anyway. I think it adds to the cars character

I've only bought off ebay and had some mixed experiences. 90% of the transactions were straight forward with no hassles. The other 10% was a nightmare! Sellers not communicating and items arriving months later. That was a headache! I've never sold before so I'll have to get into that cause I've got quite a bit of stuff laying around. Having to pay for stuff that doesn't sell is BS though. Depends what the rates are though? I guess after all, you are advertising on their site and a fee should be associated with this. On the other hand, I think you can opt for a fixed classified price and the item will stay up on ebay until it is sold. Also check out www.oztion.com.au as I heard their fees are a lot better.

The orange indicator and clear lens are different size & depths so they are not interchangeable.

How about searching? This has been covered before. But to answer your question, there are no clear lens replacements unfortunately.

First thing to do would be to get a hi-flow panel filter followed by a turbo back exhaust.

Is this the one with no visible cells (no caps)? Because that's what I have already.

My R33 car battery went flat the other night and I when I went to jump it I noticed it doesn't have any visible water cells. Does everyone with an R33 have this same type? Being a Jap car, are these batteries easy to come across?

Ha! I knew someone would bring this up. F1 cars are RWD because that is the standard and the teams have to stick to this specification. It's not like one team can all of a sudden say, "Hey you know what? We're going to change to AWD because we want to." I think the RWD in F1 is more in keeping with the tradition and let's be honest, it's more exciting as the cars screech off the line, do burnouts and can lose control more easily. It's all about ratings and sponsorship which = money. Simple.

No. I'm assuming this means a good 50/50 weight distribution? I've driven an S2000 if that's what you mean? But in any case, AWD will always be better than RWD/FWD only.

I find that hard to believe. Especially since the GTR is AWD so would be much quicker around corners. Both would be 206kW factory limited. So the NSX must be astronomically light?

Yeah but I bet you this new Phillips 3D tv is going to cost mega $$$! Not to mention you won't be able to enjoy the full benefits it can offer until all movies, games, entertainment and tv come up to speed with it...... which will probably take another 5 years from it's initial release to even warrant buying one.

I'm amazed how banks are so blase with handing out loans to so many young people. But rest assured you are not alone! The best thing you can do is work your butt off for a year and pay off the loan with every cent you earn. It will be really hard.... but with a $20k loan the interest is not pretty so the sooner you pay it off the better! I've got a loan of $10k and that is huge for me! I fret over it all the time! But I'm trying to build a credit rating so even though I have the money to pay it off now, I just pay it off periodically. It's good for when I want a home loan later on. I've got an R33 S2 with sunroof in white for sale. I'm in Melbourne though.

I'm averaging 450km per tank on my R33 Gtst S2 with exhaust. Best I've had was just over 500. I use Shell V-Power Racing.

Glad to hear you like it! You can't go past the GTR wing for the R33. It suits it just right. I wouldn't have sold it to you if I was keeping my Skyline. Post up some pics of it on!

An alarm would be a good investment too!

Before you get the car factor in money for quarantine holding fees ($25 per day - can take weeks or months), decontamination fees, tow truck costs from quarantine to your compliance workshop (very expensive) etc etc After you get the car factor in money aside for alarm, insurance, tune up and maintenance aswell.

Anyone know if you can get an unregistered car complied in NSW and then bring it down to VIC for registration? Or are the compliancing standards different in NSW and you would have to get it complied again in VIC?
