  1. You should implore your mate to buy the '6 cylinder' 200SX. Good luck finding one!
  2. ^^^ I agree. This is a good price for an R33 Gtst with sunroof as they are very rare.
  3. Serviced at a Holden dealer?
  4. You should have bought my GTR wing!
  5. R34 GTT is definately a nice car. It has more of a refined ride and drive. I think the WRX will always be quicker mod for mod off the line though as it can put down the power thanks to AWD. But if you want a bit more fun than the R34 with RWD will deliver nicely. Congrats on the purchase!
  6. Well what sort of fuel economy are you getting?
  7. You can get an average R33 Gtst series 1 for $11k with > 100,000km. But you might get lucky and pick up something with a few less k's or one that is in pretty good nick. No way you will get a nice series II R33 Gtst for $11k. IMO, series II look better and have some minor improvements over the series I.
  8. That looks like something that Paris Hilton bimbo would drive. FTL!
  9. ****************** SOLD ************************
  10. Do you have a link for these so we can see what you're talking about?
  11. $26 interstate that is cheap! Then again I would never use TOLL! They throw everyones stuff around and are real careless. I think someone is picking up the wing tomorrow actually.
  12. Did you put it in a box aswell? Also who did you go through? I'm thinking of going with Air Road Direct.
  13. *** genuine GTR wing SOLD pending payment *** I encourage everyone to still express your interest incase this falls through. I will also put up some freight costs for those interested interstate. It's been a challenge finding suitable packaging as the GTR wing is an awkward size. I'm looking to box and foam pack it to ensure it's safety if sent by courier. *** WATCH THIS SPACE *** Kind Regards, Steve
  14. Yeah I have to sell my R33 and my genuine GTR wing which took me ages to find! Pity I never got to put it on as they look tough! I don't want to let go of either but I've decided to move on. I know I will be kicking myself later for doing this!
  15. I have a nice genuine R33 GTR wing for sale. Check it out if you're interested. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...p;#entry3183045
  16. That's some bad luck there! I would definately question the dirty engine bay with the Police ethical standards department. Just make sure you got the officers name and number. Either way you can still report this and chances are you will get off on this particular count. Also take up the wipers with them aswell. Unless they are ripped or so far from not performing, then a fine for that is BS. As for the others, if the car had passed a RWC with those mods (can't see how as they are illegal) then you should be fine. Provide evidence and documents of the RWC stating the mods on your car at the time of inspection. You might even get away with the exhaust if the EPA have already inspected it. All you can do is try. But in all fairness, and although I do sympathise with you here, you do have illegal mods on your car and you have to face the consequences. IIRC it's either a pod filter with housing and no FMIC, or a FMIC with standard air box. EBC are illegal. Any chopping of your front bar to fit a FMIC or for any other reason is also a no go. And everything else even petty things registration bulb blown & anything hanging off your rear vision mirror impairing your vision are all within the cops right to do you for. Sucks big time and you can bet that if you weren't anywhere near Noble Park you wouldn't have got pulled over. Moral to the story, don't have illegal mods if you aren't willing to face the consequences. Secondly, only take the Toyota Yarris (without mods, lol) if you plan to go down to Noble Park. Unfortunately you just got pinged as being one of the many dickheads (not you) who do burn outs and drags around there. I would hate to live out there with all that sh!t going on every weekend. Anyway good luck with it all and lesson learned.
  17. This is a good price for a series 2 with a sunroof. I think you're selling a bit too low. Good luck with the sale. BTW, how much did the Starcorp Impulse set you back?
  18. ^^^ They look OK as long as the spacing between the letters is alright.
  19. I'd consider the new Corolla sedan. They look like a good little package.
  20. I often say this about lesbians.
  21. *** GTR wing is now SOLD *** Thanks for all the interest on this rare piece! Up for sale is my genuine R33 GTR wing. I bought it with the intention of putting it on my car but due to financial reasons I am no longer keeping the Skyline, so I don't require this anymore It is silver, has blank end caps (for you GTS-t people), fully adjustable carbon fibre wing (factory) and LED brake light. It is also stamped with the Nissan logo on the bottom for authenticity. I searched 6 months to find a genuine wing as I didn't want a copy that was crappy quality being fibre glass and prone to cracking & splintering, let alone had no LED brake light & some with a non adjustable wing. The genuine Nissan is plastic (not fibre glass) with a carbon fibre fully adjustable wing to keep the weight down. Before I got mine I rang Nissan to see how much it would cost me new and they wanted $7,600 for one!!! The GTR wing will transform the look of your R33 from docile, to aggresive. It's the ultimate styling addition for your R33 and it can be yours for only $495 ONO (this is what I payed for it). This is cheap compared to new poor quality copies or a new one genuine from Nissan! Also, if you have a silver R33, there is no need to paint it unlike the copies which just come primed. Save $$$! Keep in mind these genuine GTR wings are super rare as not many GTR owners part with them off their cars. LEDs working turned on. I am in Melbourne & I'd prefer pick up. I will consider sending it interstate, but understandably I don't want it to get damaged. PM me if you're interested or have any questions. Kind Regards, Steve
  22. Go the S2000. I've driven one before and I want one now! As for getting your car paid for, I would do it too. I had to work in a factory and save for my first car (a VL Commodore) but given the chance I would have taken a car if it was given to me. It's a head start in life and you are fortunate.
