Well i think Shaun said he got 12 mm one side and 15 mm on the other side to sit the engine as low as he thought it would be ok. This is with only redrilling the holes in the bracket. I dont know for sure if the bonnet closes, but he didn't say if it did, so id assume it did
The ic pipe where it comes up into the engine bay, back from the inner guard, hit the bonnet at the 90 deg. bend to the right....just before it goes into the stock bov pipe. I have seen the bonnet closed on a r32 with only the mounts being re drilled. Also near the tb if i remember....too many bourbons
Id say you people have to lower the rubber mounts that are in the car (they do go up and down a few mm...but you are arguing over 4.2mm :bahaha:), then redrill the holes on the bracket where it bolts to the engine to get it in the r32. Make sense??
